The location of the Mövenpick Hotel is very convenient for access to Zurich Airport and the complimentary shuttle service is greatly appreciated. Upon checking into our room in the evening, we encountered several housekeeping issues that were disappointing and suggest that the final room inspection process could be improved. 1. An opened coffee sachet was found among the complimentary refreshments. This indicates that the room may not have been thoroughly checked and reset before being assigned to the next guest. 2. Our reservation was made for two guests, yet only one bath towel and one pair of slippers were initially provided. Basic amenities should be prepared according to the number of registered occupants to avoid inconvenience upon arrival. 3. The shampoo/body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty or nearly empty. Essential guest amenities should be inspected and replenished as part of the standard housekeeping checklist before check-in. While these issues were not major enough to ruin our stay, they created the impression that the room had not undergone a proper final quality inspection.

Excellent stay at Vision Apartments, Zurich. It was my first experience with self check-in and contactless service but honestly it was very smooth and I really liked this concept. You have to do online check in with their e mail message and get your codes in advance which I practically did. Rooms are exactly as described. Very neat and clean property. Centrally located on the train and tram stop with only 10-15 mins connectivity with main Zurich Central station as well as Airport. We went to Rine Falls,boat rides ,old town and also Mt.Rigi from there only. We did not took breakfast so no comments on it but they have full fledged Bar/Restro and Breakfast with extra charge (17.5 chf) available with luxurious sitting area on top floor. BEST was the huge shared kitchen along with Restaurant with Electric Ovens, Electric Gas , all pots and pans, dish washer etc. I cooked all my meals for us during my 3 days stay. Infact I cooked the meals and took for full day excursions. COOP is adjacent to this property and more stores also. Fridge,Hot Kettle and microwave, plus cutlery available in my room. Huge seating area free for all beside Shared kitchen . You can sit there eat and enjoy with your family and friends. Affordable and best property in Zurich with all these facilities.. simply Osm and my best booking.😍

The reception service was disappointing. I stood in front of the receptionist, but he did not even look up or acknowledge me. The receptionist was also rude throughout the interaction. I asked about the coffee machine in the room, which looked completely different from the one shown in the hotel photos. After showing a picture, the receptionist claimed it was not a machine used by the hotel and that it did not come from the hotel, despite it being in the room. The response was confusing and unhelpful. In addition, the sofa in the room was dirty, and I did not even dare to sit on it. I was also given a room facing the train station, which was very noisy and made it difficult to relax. Better customer service, cleanliness, and room allocation would greatly improve the guest experience.

Every service they provided was very good to me. If I ever have the chance again, I will come again.thakns

- Very close to public station - Very clean, cosy, and well equipped apartment - But ran into a random police check because the apartment hotel has some rumors
