We have stayed here several times when traveling between North Carolina and Louisiana. Always enjoyed our overnight stay.

Room was labeled handicap accessible but had to climb into tub for shower

Elevator did not work- and hasn’t worked for a while. The phones at the front desk also don’t work. I called the hotel prior to arriving and during my stay, multiple times. NO ONE answered!! They told me the phones haven’t been working.

Breakfast could have been better. Confusing. For example where was the non skim milk. Toaster broke. More fruit selections. … otherwise the stay was very nice.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was great! The staff was very helpful!

We use this for biz travel as the mid-point overnight - great location and team managing the facility.

At check-in, second room not ready. Had to follow-up twice to confirm if second room was ready. Person at check-in desk was way too casual and lacked professionalism.

Excellent customer service; the manager Karon was very helpful pleasant and responsive.

I appreciated the fact that the back door was locked at all times to all except those who had a room key. However, the second day, my key would not unlock the door even though it would still unlock my room.
