This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )

The ambience and hospitality was very good. All the staffs were very cooperative. Thanks to chef Karim for baking our anniversary cake. Overall it was a great experience. It was nice stay, we have enjoyed a lot. And it made our 1st anniversary really amazing.

Lunch at the Pavillion was a pleasant experience. The staff was warm, the service was excellent and the food was par excellence. The variety in the menu was vast. The flavors were very authentic. The food served was hot and fresh. Thank you Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Prithvi , and Ms.***athri.

We went for new year’s . There was a Gala dinner celebration with exquisite decorations. done by carving whole fruits. It was done by our own Chef Raja. The Chef was very welcoming and catered to all our needs!

Had a very good week long stay at fortun sullivan at Ooty. Its a wonderful property with a welcoming staff , well maintained garden n outdoors. The breakfast spread has variety and the staff takes care of all the little things guest need to make the stay comfortable. There is also a bonfire on the house and evening live piano makes the entrance lobby all the more relaxed.

Nice heritage resort with a lot of nice staffs and hospitality. Chef Karim khan was very friendly and was ready to serve us to our satisfaction. Their signature dish mutton Rogan Ghosh was very tasty and also the soups are very yummy. Fish fingers also was up to our expectation

The hotel environment is classic and well maintained. Good choices for breakfast both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Tea tasting was good. Breakfast service throughout dinner service was great and they were accommodative. Night campfire was enjoyable. Mr. Ilangovan, Mr John and others was kind to share some information about the local area. They were helpful throughout the stay. Hotel facilities like snooker area needs some repair and to be monitored to prevent damages by irresponsible guests. Spa experience could be improved. Overall we had a great time and will sure to be back.

My genuine feedback Pros - - location and facilities (spa, kids play area, gym, games room, amphitheater, bonfire, indoor horse riding, tea tasting event in the evening) - Nice restaurent and tasty food - Good service (very few hotels in Ooty that meets upto that standard) Cons - Not that to highlight Special mention to the operations ***ager - Rajan and lobby security staff - Ilangovan
