Best hotel in the Ooty , location wonderful . Near by botanical garden,boat house, Rose garden n Karnataka garden 👍. Very nice hospitality n service. Specially I mentioned Guest relationship executive miss Papori Gogoi helpful n friendly n smile girl. They have activity n gym also

If you can stay in a filthy place, be their guest else avoid. I have not seen bathrooms as dirty as theirs, that you will feel underwhelmed every time you use it. Linen had stain marks. No cleanliness whatsoever even in corridors. Attendants running and shouting at each other.

very good experience, staffs are very kindly approached and also foods (break fast & dinner ) very good and taste...overall good experience. Easy to reached the gardens, lakes, tea factory and thotta petta peak...

Good food and beverage staff. Front desk and ***ager seem to think that guests are a waste of space who get in the way of their easy life. I am so disappointed to have wasted my money staying here. Lack of maintenance, mouldy bathroom fittings. I am so disappointed to have wasted my money staying here. Avoid at all costs.

Best hotel in ooty. Excellent service by staff. It's amazing to be there. We feel like home. All the time the help us lots. Morning breakfast are really good. Zuka the fine dining food are good and service person are really good. The suggest us Daal Makhani with butter naan it's really very good.

Excellent hospital and service provider by hotel Preethi classic towers. We enjoyed lots and the welcome us best was with lemon ice tea. We book classic premium room excellent city view morning buffet breakfast are superb. Evining we enjoy bonfire with music in lawn area.
