We were unable to enjoy because of flight cancellations, but paid full fees. The facility had no mercy.

I completely loved the place… The hotel is at a perfect location away from the city hustle bustle… we had booked the room fauna which had an amazing view… the room was spacious… the restaurant was making fresh delicious food… there are tea gardens around 100mts from the hotel which look wonderful for a photoshoot…

Overall experience was really good, the staff (Ram, Vinoth) were really good at their service. The food is amazing and they have a very good varieties in their menu. The rooms were clean and the view from the balcony is 10/10. It's a must visit stay if you're planning for Ooty/Coonoor.

Although we stayed only for 1 night, the place is really beautiful and has stunning views from both the room and the dining area. Service was top notch and food was awesome. Going back for sure.

An incredible experience at Sleeping beauty by Nature Resorts! This property is impeccably maintained, from the lush, expansive gardens to the cozy porch and relaxing views of the Nilgiris. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are clean, well-heated, and very comfortable. The staff is exceptional—polite, well-trained, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Flora ma'am and kitchen staff for the amazing, fresh-cooked meals and the warm welcome with herbal tea. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to return!

The location and view was just as advertised the service was good the staff were very accommodating The food was good and a lot of variety the stay was refreshing and budget wise value for money The experience was overall great and would come again !!

Great location in Coonoor ..Views are awesome from balcony. We stayed in Flora it had nice decor and clean well maintained... Staff was very good and so was food..Will return and definitely recommend.

V had wonderful stay at sleeping beauty natures resort . Place is so beautiful and excellent location .. view from our balcony was so beautiful and serene. It was our wedding anniversary and mr vinod and his team looked after us and made it special. Full staff is very helpful and ever smiling .. not to miss chef ram asked everyday our choice of food and made it so tasty .. property is clean room is big … v r definitely going again ❤️
