Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center

Ontario|2.09km from Galvin Park Shopping Center
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The very first day after check-in, I knew I would be gone for a long time, so I set my room up to tell if someone had entered my room. I returned to my room at 9:43 pm to find my room had been disturbed. I was very upset and I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with Levina, she was very nice and polite. She called the manager and told her. I wanted to switch hotels but I couldn't find an affordable one. The manager was supposed to check and let me know if anyone had entered my room the next day when she came to work, but she never did. Which lets me know someone entered my room. She checked the room but never let me know the findings. The microwave didn't work well. I had to ask for some disinfectant to wipe the let out sofa down. I opened the let out sofa to get ready to make it up for my son to sleep on because he wanted to sleep on it. The mattress was stained up on top and underneath. It had small dead ants and bugs on it. Levina was nice and gave me a towel soaked in disinfectant and I wiped the entire mattress down and made the bed up. Oh and the sofa mattress is extremely springy and uncomfortable. I don't know how my son was able to sleep on it. I had to ask for an iron and ironing board, there wasn't one in my room. When I was ready to take a shower, the tub was not clean. I had to go back to the front desk and ask if someone could come clean the tub? The manager said the lady was on break. I asked if I could just have some cleaning stuff to clean the tub and gloves please, because I have to get ready to go and I couldn't wait an hour to get the tub cleaned. So, I had to clean the tub on my own. I was disgusted but grateful I had gloves. The internet did not work well at all. The connection was so poor. I will definitely NOT stay at this hotel if I ever visit Ontario again. Stay at your own risk! Nothing was stolen out of my room, but if I had left money or something I think it would have been gone. I learned the hard way when a hotel I stayed at in Nashville, someone came in and stole my DVD's and nothing was done about it. NEVER leave your valuables in your hotel room. You think you're supposed to be safe and your belongings are supposed to be secure in the room, but they're not. It's sad that people feel they have to steal from you. But there are thieves everywhere. But to the thieves, just remember, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!! I do not recommend this hotel. Also, there is only one person working all the time and it is an inconvenience when you need something and no one is at the front desk, or you have to wait to be assisted because the one person has to answer the phone, wait on you, and handle other things in the order that they happen- which leaves you standing for 10 minutes just to ask for face towels and towels.

Motel 6 Ontario, CA Convention Center-Airport

There are 5 people directly upstairs from me, in a two bed hotel room, remodeling the place, or, at least, that's what it sounds like. There used to be 6 people up there but one of them got upset, cussed out his bethren, and threw rocks at them and the hotel. The homeless parking out in front of my room is a nice feature. There are drug deals taking place at the adjacent 7-11, some people stopped by and asked to use my restroom. I even discussed with the 5 people in the two bed room above me about their pounding around like this is the gymnasium, they are still at it, 8:20 at night. This makes 4 hours of pounding in a row, who knows what I have in store during sleeping hours. The hotel room is actually pretty nice, the staff is attentive and the maids are awesome. The guests are the problem, but when they are out in the parking lot screaming obscenities and throwing rocks at each other, a security guard would be able to intervene, I'm just sayin.

We stayed here one night before an early flight. The hotel corridor smelled badly like ********* smoke, which did filter into our room some. I am very thankful, however, to the front desk staff who put us at the end of the hall for a quiet room. The airport shuttle didn't start running until 7am, which didnt work for us. The room was a bit dated feeling, but clean. Overall, ok for a short stay.
