Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

A five-star resort hotel with three pools (infinity, large, and children's) and a small splash pool. Staff provide towels and bottled water at the poolside loungers, with paid food options available. The private beach is a 10-minute walk to the loungers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for staying in all day. It's recommended to stay at least two days to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities. You can still use the amenities even after you check out tho which is nice. Transportation: Driving is necessary (parking fee JPY 1500/day).
