I stayed in the recently refurbished rooms, modern, clean and lovely. To give constructive feedback I would say the heating kept going off so felt a chill a few times and the walls are thin so could hear next door coughing. TV didn’t get signal but I wasn’t there to watch it. The service is what makes this place, the ladies on reception were wonderful nothing was too much trouble and the acted swiftly and efficiently. I can’t wait to stay there again in a few weeks.

Excellent one night stay in the area. Room upgraded to recently decorated which waas nice in the courtyard. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Lovely surroundings and easy to find. Walls a little thin in the rooms so woke up to next door chatting and hairdrying.

Our stay at Mulberry House was wonderful, the staff at the hotel were all really friendly, our room was really modern and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the grounds beautiful with Llamas on the perimeter! We chose this hotel due to the location, close to Writtle University, and will definitely book again.

As we were checking in late after a visit to a friend, the night porter checked us in. The room we stayed was small, but didn't mind as it was just a bed and a roof for the night. Was pleasantly surprised when we came for breakfast, the place was huge! Breakfast table had all sorts, fruit, cereal bars, cereal and juice on the ready. Breakfast was cooked as ordered. As I'm weird when it comes to bacon, asked for it just cooked, it came as I'd asked for. The hotel had an award this year for an excellent revenue, i couldn't eault it, i would get married there if i ain't already!
All in all, it was a fantastic experience and the staff were more than helpful!
