We stayed at the end of October and had a wonderful time, our room was clean and had a garden view, we arrived early hours of the morning and the staff although we arrived at 04:00am could not do enough for us and made us very welcome. At breakfast the restaurant manager would ensure we was looked after and cooked us fried eggs or omelettes and he cooked a great pancake, there was a good selection of cold meats, cheese, bread drinks etc.. the same for dinner a good selection of food and we was looked after by the restaurant manager and the young man called Salman was lovely and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and all staff were friendly. It was in a great location where everything is easily accessible. We would stay here again, the whole family had a really great holiday.

I would echo people who say don’t trust the bad reviews Ok the evening meal was not a restaurant but you got a good choice the salads were good as were the sweets. The breakfasts were good they would cook you a fresh fryed eggs omelette pancakes with all the acouments available jam toast salad too much to mention. The rooms were good clean and cleaned by very polite staff who were all very friendly in the hotel. Having said that all the people were very friendly and helpful even a gentleman who would put you on the right bus and give you times to make sure you came back We did not pay a lot of money to stay there and I do mean not a lot. You would be in the company of people who would have been there time and time again and in the same year

We stayed here as a family of 4 in the first week of August. We didn't have the best start to our holiday as the Tui transfer was awful. Our bus was too large so we had to do a 5 minute walk down the ***** on our own with our suitcases, not having a clue where we were going. We finally arrived at the Karbel Beach just after midnight. Check in was quick, but we were disappointed that our 2 rooms were in 2 different blocks. Luckily our 2 sensible teenage boys are old enough to look after themselves but this could clearly be an issue for families with younger children. Our rooms were clean and we had balconies which overlooked the pool. The Housekeeping ladies were lovely, ours made us swan towels on our beds when she came in to do the daily clean. The ladies on reception were helpful and Turcan, Berkay and Ufuk at the bar were brilliant. The location is great, just off the ***** and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and the Babadağ cable car, Hisaronu and Fethiye are easy to get to by bus or taxi. Food here is traditional Turkish, it was laid out nicely, there was plenty of choice and it was good. Perfect for us. The lunchtime snack bar also had plenty of choice at reasonable prices. Plenty of sunbeds to go around and the pool was nice. However, when a large family group decided to get in and play with a football, they made it very unpleasant for anyone else in the pool. When the ball games then moved to the bar area, the staff were quick to stop it. We would stay here again. Thank you Karbel Beach for a wonderful holiday!

Ok, this is not a 5 star hotel and the price reflects that. But for the money it's well worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. It's a 3 min walk to the beach or if you don't fancy that, the pool is great. The food was very nice in the evenings, but there are so many places to eat out you can treat yourself if you prefer. Breakfasts were not great, probably the biggest negative. We had a room that was below the main floor level of the pool and bar etc, so no view, and a balcony on the floor, isn't really a balcony!! But we only used it for sleeping so it didn't matter to us. So in summary; FOR THE MONEY, this is a great hotel in a fantastic location in a wonderful part of a wonderful country.

We were at this hotel just short of two weeks ago and it’s horrendous, we really beat ourselves up after arriving there we didn’t read the bad reviews before going because trust me BELIEVE THEM! Let’s start when we arrived, we paid for a double room as a couple but got put into a twin, where we had to slide the single beds together and usually we wouldn’t mind this if there were no other rooms available but after asking for 2 nights straight to change our rooms, we were told it would get sorted the next day and heard nothing back, to then find out during the last day of our stay the domestics were airing out rooms and the room next to us was a double bed and it was empty our whole stay!! Bearing in mind the hotel wasn’t busy at all, I’d say 10 people at most! The room was absolutely filthy on our arrival, I will attach photographs of how we got the room given, it was SHOCKING! and the stinky drains🤢 plug sockets hanging off walls, shower disgusting, mould on ceiling, hair all over, sink didn’t even fit!! And so much more you will see When we first got shown to our room the door handle fell off the lad showing us to our room just said ‘ahh it’s alright’ and put it back on like it wasn’t broken! There was no cleaning service, not once did anyone come clean our room during our 7 nights there or change bedding or even the towels, we had to buy a towel to use!! Never mind having to go out and hunt for loo roll in hope to find a domestic had hung a bag of toilet roll on a balcony somewhere! I had to ask for 5 days to get a thicker duvet and just had eyes rolled at me, we only got given top sheets and while it’s lovely during the day in October it can get quite cool on a night time and I was freezing! The staff are completely rude, if you asked for anything they’d just speak to eachother in Turkish before even acknowledging you! No people skills what so ever! We met a lovely couple on our time away and we were sat out on the chairs next to bar, at about 12 a staff member come out and turned our lights off! All of them!! We weren’t doing anything wrong not even drinking, just having a good chat, the only thing we can think of it’s because we didn’t buy from the bar as the following day there were people out there drinking and putting money into the bar they didn’t switch nothing off!! Till early hours! Don’t even get me started on the views out our balcony, if you’ve watched imbetweeners I don’t have to say much more about the pictures I will attach! The staff barely spoke to anyone put a downer on the whole holiday on smiled when spoke to eachother or when you were paying hoping for a tip! The food is vile! Don’t waste your money paying half board as you won’t want to eat it, the eggs were made snotty and made us ill! And we watched the chef scratch his bottom, pick his nose and without washing his hands went back to serving food! That’s disgusting 🤮 Overall, save your money there is many more hotels surrounding this one with much better

Stayed here for the second time in July this year and everything was absolutely fine.. but then again , some people who write bad reviews on here are generally just typical moaners expecting a full English breakfast every day in a Turkish resort! Seriously , if you don’t mind basic accommodation, in a beautiful setting , with everything right on your doorstep and friendly , helpful staff then you will have a great holiday here! Yes the food is also typical Turkish but I’m all honestly that’s what I love about it . I come away for Turkish food , not fatty English muck! If you want English food , there are plenty of restaurants serving you just that not far away and the food is very cheap . To conclude , fab hotel for resting your head after a busy day out and about .. nice relaxing pool and good selection of bar snacks / drinks . Fantastic location right in the centre of Olu Deniz . If you want a five star hotel .. book a five star hotel! This hotel serves its purpose for exploring the beautiful area and having a memorable holiday .

Arrived at 16.00 hrs on Friday went for evening meal wasn't impressed but gave it the benefit of doubt and tried breakfast next morning drinks machine orange juice wasn't working although there is a sign you can buy orange juice 65 tl .All the breakfast choices where very Turkish although I quite like Turkish breakfast I did see Turkish people who didn't like the Turkish breakfast there so not just me .The pool was lovely the bathroom very dated tiny shower our room was next to the bar music quite loud until 12 every night air con very loud .We where in reception as the evening meal was delivered from the sister hotel about 4.00 and then kept warm until evening service at 7.00 needless to say we didn't eat at the hotel even though we had paid for half board disappointing . Not sure why so many chefs on sight when nothing was cooked when asked in the morning they wouldn't even scramble eggs.

Well where do I start. Arrived early hours .was showed a room with double bed after I had booked twin . No toilet seat and few was looking at brick wall . After complaining to reception I was told put pillow in between me and my friend . As they we're fully booked. (We booked this holiday 12 months ago ) the 2 males ob reception were talking in turkish and laughing. Told them this wasn't funny and if we wasn't sorted we were getting on to jet 2 and wanted to change hotel. Fair play next day we we're given a twin room.. we went for breakfast and yes they had eggs bread jam little fruit. Cold meat looked like it had been there for days. Chips for breakfast every day. They but think us brits live on chips. I'm not a fussy eaten and I love turkish food . But even that was a very sad selection. I go away at least 5 times a year and I never write reviews. This hotel is 90% English customers. When I spoke to reception about variation she said we do turkish food. That's fine if they have all turish staying there 50/50 would be nice. We had to eat out every day. When we spoke to jet 2 reps they fully agreed this hotel caters mainly for the turkish. .pool area is lovely and cleaners come in every day. The hotel it's self is lovely. It's a shame the food let's them down. Not only my opinion. Everyone was saying the exact same. We didn't let this spoil our holiday we had a great time just spent more money on food than we had budgeted for. I wouldn't come back to this hotel And if I don't get a response from jet 2 .I won't be booking with them again either..I feel for the family's with kids .

This review is about our personal experience and how we found our stay at this hotel, which was hugely disappointing, mainly due to the condition of the bathroom in our room, the furnishings in the room and also the lack of cleaning! Firstly the pool and outside bar area seemed fine, although we didn’t use them during our stay! Our room was a totally different story, the bathroom was shocking, the bed settee looked disgusting and the fridge was pointless because the power goes off when you leave the room, making the fridge and contents warmer than a cupboard! Now to the bathroom, the toilet seat looked deeply stained and wasn’t even attached to the toilet, thankfully we found this out before sitting on it! The towel rail fell off the wall, the shower was disgusting, it was rusty and dirty, although the shower worked well! The room in general needs a refurb, as do the balcony chairs, which didn’t look good! The main problem was the cleaning of the room, which was non existent apart from the bins being emptied and the top sheet being pulled over the bed! Not once was the floor swept and also never mopped! The maid decided to hang our bath towels on the balcony, instead of changing them and this resulted in us not being able to tell who’s was who’s! My wife had hers changed twice during the week, one of which was made into a swan the day before we came home, I had to endure the same towel for 6 days, I didn’t know what was sticking to me the most the towel or the floor! The maid also chose to use a plastic chair outside the door to our room to store a pile of dirty washing, I don’t know who’s it was, it certainly wasn’t ours! I don’t think a hostage situation would get you clean laundry here, I asked for clean towels on the Friday to be told there were none in the hotel! Due to the situation with the room, we spent the first two days of our holiday trying to find somewhere else to stay, but then opted to stick it out! We had to wear flip flops around the room to avoid our feet becoming dirty! The air conditioning was noisy but good and the safe was £2 per day, but that worked well! Our room was at the back of the complex and we didn’t suffer any noise nuisance! One morning we spent 30 minutes in reception waiting for our taxi, during that time the male receptionist left his post to go and sit by the bar, out of the way and he constantly ignored the phone each time it rang, choosing instead to bury his head in his phone! Whilst he was doing this the reception area where we were sitting, had dirty tables, rubbish left on them and used scrunched up tissues on them! They were still there 12 hours later, we have photos to prove it, as with all other things mentioned in this review! We complained to the rep and receptionists, as well as asking to speak to the manager! Nobody knew where he was during our stay, he must be The Olu Deniz hide and seek champion! As well as not seeing him, we did not see anyone walking around in a supervisory capacity during o
