Be careful with this hotel! Can't wait to go home... Our holiday has been ruined!!! Family of three, squeezed into a small room!!! 17 year old sleeping on a camp bed which wasn't what we expected! Anyway despite this we didn't let this get us down... and tried to enjoy it! For three days, we had to share a towel, I called reception three times for towels, which they promised me we would get, we got them on the third day! After nagging for them! And begging! Then, today they call us up, and tell us that we need to pay a charge for an extra dirty towel!!! Which made us extremely angry! Very cheeky, particularly after leaving us without towels for days!!! So we had to share a towel! Several families staying at the hotel said they've had the same problem with towels!! One lady had been waiting for towels for 6 days. The reception staff are rude!!! Just be careful! Don't lose your key card, mark any towels or bedding etc, or you'll be charged! Best thing about this hotel is the food, bar staff are very nice.. and rooms are clean. Cleaner does a fab job. The chefs and kitchen staff work extremely hard - most staff are overworked to be honest - always running around. Chefs are dripping with sweat while they cook on the open stove, they work so so hard! Tables are always quickly cleaned, but tables and sun beds are always dirty, cups left around, spillages in many places, including drinks machines, the hotel could do with a good deep clean! But they need more staff! Drinks are not so good, but it's always the same in any all inclusive, better to buy your own spirit, that's what we did. Almost impossible to get a sunbed after 8, towels are placed on sun beds, due to this we spent most days outside of the hotel. Same at night, no where to sit Eggy smell around the pool, next to the stage. WiFi hardly works - we weren't too bothered about this... CHARGE of 20 pounds for beach towels, this is refundable, 20 charge if you lose the key card! We are not picky people, but there were just too many negatives. Overall, I'd rate this hotel 2* due to the charges, dirty areas, and decor; however, the food is a 3*, massage 5* would highly recommend that!

My partner and I have recently returned from a 7 day stay at AES Club hotel. We booked this holiday fairly last minute for a great price and were aware of some of the negative reviews before visiting. Therefore, we weren't expecting a lot from our stay. But we have to say, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were really friendly on arrival and showed us to our room, which was more spacious that we had predicted, was clean, modern and had all of the necessary appliances. The hotel provided us with 3, sometimes 4, bottles of water per day which were really handy to take down to the pool with us. The pool area was always sufficiently clean and tidy for us. Sometimes there were a lot of wasps where there were spillages of sugary and fizzy drinks, which is to be expected and unavoidable when drinking these types of drinks at the poolside with children around also. My partner and I often chose to relax on the sun loungers on the sun terrace where we were away from the wasps and had a bit more peace and quiet. The music from the stage was not too loud and we were really able to relax and enjoy our time by the pool. Our complaint in regards to the pool would be the sun parasols. These are old, a lot of them broken and not fit for purpose. There also was not enough of them. A sun parasol was essential for us due to the high temperatures whilst we were out there, so it would have been nice not to have to scout out a parasol early in the morning for the day due to limited availability. The bar staff were brilliant and work so hard, along with the staff working in the restaurant. The food was fantastic, and always tasted lovely. The options at breakfast were fairly limited, particularly if you do not eat eggs, though there was always something to have. The food at lunch did get a little repetitive as the days went on, but this is to be expected with an all-inclusive hotel. The hot food is freshly cooked in front of you and is regularly topped up. The entertainment team were great, and whilst we did not take part in the pool games or evening entertainment, they were great at getting people involved and the guests that did get involved looked to be having a brilliant time. The hotel is in a great location and there are lots of shops nearby. The hotel, and TUI rep that is in the hotel most days, are happy to give recommendations on day trips or places to visit whilst you are there. Overall, we were really happy with our stay considering what we had paid, and would recommend to anyone who wants an above-basic, but less-than luxurious all-inclusive holiday.

I have stayed at many hotels in this area and this one hands down is the worst! Obviously you’re in turkey so you expect things to be a little more laid back but my goodness this hotel was faulty towers. Attica rooms disgusting & NEVER cleaned. Glass elevator up to our floor hadn’t been cleaned since the day it was installed I reckon. Strict rules on how much free drinking water & alcohol would be served in this all inclusive package. Drinks only filled half a plastic cup and “top ups” were frowned upon. Also u were constantly berated to clean up after yourself and summons to reception if you brought drinks up from the bar to your room. Honestly this place was like being on a school trip, but with less entertainment & run down facilities, and an “entertainment “ team that consisted of 3 people with exactly the same routine ever night for the kids then adults were offered to go clubbing into town as their entertainment! All entertainment done by 11pm. No entertainment on Sundays. This place is mental. Do not go! Trust me!

Before I start my review, I guess this hotel could have been amazing in the summer, Staff were very nice, hotel was ok but as the week went on it was a very disappointing experience. No fruit juice in restaurant from our first day, plenty of kids around so could have been replaced, we were told “end of season “ so not refilling. No ice-creams, only on sale in shop which was expensive, no kids club , no pool table, no day time games, no nighttime entertainment, oh if you call putting on a 25yr old film’the Truman show’ one night entertainment then you will love it, when spoke to management’end of season’ finished. Food that was served was ok , very basic for all inclusive. 3 days to go we are told staff are having a party and finishing work , so last 48 of our all inclusive can we eat out as no dinner on last 2 evenings!! We were lucky we were able to afford it, many wouldn’t, this hotel should never be advertised or sold as all inclusive any time after September, Outside areas not cleaned, sun beds filthy, only big positive staff very friendly, but clearly embarrassed of how we are being treated….. however location great, area great , as I say another time it may have been ok because I was sick of hearing all these problems were because it’s end of season, that should be when your very last guest checks out not half way through their holiday, not one gust this week was happy!!

We booked this hotel as a budget all inclusive as a base to explore. For this reason the hotel was all we needed. Clean room, food ok, drinks drinkable till they changed the white wine ! Staff very friendly and very hardworking, entertainment area good fun, pool lovely, spa girls were exceptional 5 star treatments ! Improvements for 2024 season, please change the sunbeds and horrible stained covers, please get new sun umbrellas, please get more staff to keep pool areas clean and tidy and get rid of broken furniture, please get rid of the tablecloths in the dining room they are always stained and messy, if you advertise as 4 star please offer table service drinks during evening meal service. Overall we enjoyed our holiday, you get what you pay for, you wont get any luxury at the Aes Club but what you will get is good fun, with excellent staff , in a great location.

I have just come back from this hotel, it was rated 4* in TUI and on Trip Advisor, absolutely not a 4* hotel…our room was not cleaned properly, just the beds made, bathroom was poor, bedding stained, coffee spills on the floor all week, table on balcony had coffee spillage on it, never cleaned. Food was poor, some days it was Luke warm, very repetitive, not once did I see anyone probing the food, lots of the crockery was badly chipped, French fries everyday even at breakfast. Fire exit door was blocked by a linen trolley all week, bags with laundry in the corridor, sun bed cushions were very stained, and ripped. Soft drinks were sometimes flat as they were from the bottle. Would not be returning.

This year myself and my partner booked a very last minute trip to the all inclusive at AES CLUB HOTEL. Slightly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews…..I don’t know what people want for the money you spend to stay here! We couldn’t fault the hotel at all, rooms were spotless and spacious, staff were always smiling, chatting, friendly and very helpful. The food was brilliant especially breakfast and lunch, for an all inclusive hotel there was always a large range of freshly cooked hot food prepared infront of you, including freshly cooked omelettes, kebabs with loads of cold foods, salads, meze and sides ect and the most wonderful selection of deserts and tarts for those with a sweet tooth.. There is a small shop, boutique, spa, gym and also a tattooist on site at the hotel though we never used them. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going all inclusive to this hotel, couples or families as they have night entertainment for kids and adults every night and activities to suit all during the day around the pool with no hassle from The fab entertainment team are brilliant with little ones. We like to go out during the day and eat out at night time to meet friends and family so the location is great, just a few minutes walk into Ovacik and a little further into the busier Hisoranu which offers loads of choices to eat and drink. You press a button in reception and a taxi appears for those less mobile. We had a brilliant time …..Until next time Turkey🇹🇷❤️
