Service and smiles were excellent! From check in to check out - from the included meals to the many food court restaurants and shops around the pool and bar areas as well as inside in the reception area. ALL STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY! Kids ( all 3 and one grandchild ) at the water park ( Thermas dos Laranjais ) just across the main parking areas - wax museum and Dino park was great too! As well - there are many activities for kids and adults alike - so it is a little noisy during the day but not after 10pm at night and not before 10am! Grandma and Grandpa by the pools - super comfortable rooms - all good. Will be even better when Olimpia opens their international airport in the next year or so - other wise it is a 1 hour flight more from the GRU to SJP airports. Definitely bring a translator! Few speak anything other than Portuguese. BRING AN iRON AND A COFFEEMAKER - this time of year a little chilly at night.

The hotel is very good and very comfortable. All right, very nice.

This was not my first time on this hotel, but may be the last one. My latest experience was totally different from the previous time I was there. I got a terrible room this time. First, when I entered the room (4207) its bed clothes were smelly with strong scent of sweat. There was a leak in the sink and some tiles on the floor were loose. This was a very bad reception for tired travelers. We called the reception and they changed the main bed clothes at least. The hotel is very good, it's a shame they are not doing maintenance on such rooms. Also, the staff should verify the room before a guest is about to enter. I had good memories from my previous stay and this last time was like going from 8/10 to 4/10 hotel.

Hotel has several problems, such as few lifts, wrong classification ( here is 3 to 4 stars ) but nothing is compared to the lifeguards, especially a NATANAEL, who is self-titled ” responsible for the music of the pool ”. We are obliged to listen to sertany music at the roughs of 8 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and at the date of yesterday after that time a rave in the bar (music at the heights and for nobody). I demand that day of Monday that was awkward, I first asked about it and they told me that in Celebration it was quiet, a truth. The food is very good, Alexandre and other very educated and sought boys. The academy could go up to 2200h, have drinks and the one to charge R$40,00 if I have a bottle of water I took from the room down is ridiculous. No more, I'm waiting for resolution. Good morning. I want to exert my sincere thanks to all the staff in the Hostel Toca das Águas. Excellent quality service, extremely careful and educated staff. Exceptional cleaning and very pleasant location. Delicious breakfast, rooms, bathroom clothes and very clean and smelling beds. Congratulations to everyone. It was a pleasant experience. I will certainly come back!!!! Thank you very much and bless God all!!!!

We like the accommodation, about 10 minutes walking to the park and is also very close to the main Avenue with all attractions.The room is not very large, the size is ok, but comfortable and always very clean. The hotel would suggest a van go back to the park because, despite the close proximity, the road has many climbs and downs and is a half tired, and we have a lot of curtling the stay.
