This hotel was the worst I’ve stayed!! The whole setting just looked scruffy! The hall way, room smells bad, when trying to sleep there was so much noise from the hallway at some point it felt like there was fighting in one room. I’ve never felt so unsafe staying at a hotel. I couldn’t take a shower the next morning because the boiler wasn’t working so no hot water in the shower!! I wish I had read reviews before booking, but its location was close to the event I went for. I wont advise anyone to stay here. I had to secure my door because of how unsafe I felt

It was okay to sleep for one night. Staff was excellent and they answer queries quickly. Room had a odd smell when first entered, had to use air freshner and then it was okay. Beddings were fresh and looks new and toilet was clean too.

I asked for the refund before the time because my mom got ill she is a diabetic patient. But didn't get any response

The moment we opened the door the smell hit us. It smelt old and musty. No fresh air, it had a window but we didn't open it because we were not sure if anyone could access it. It was late and we were confused exactly where we were in the property. It was hard to find parking on sight, but we were given a space after explaining not feeling safe with the car left on the road. They were kind enough to offer a space. It was good to see a kettle, cups with tea or coffee with milk sachets and an air dryer. A TV was in the room but we didn't use it. The main bed was lumpy and sunken in to the point it was a bit unsafe if you're not careful how to sit or getting out of bed. You can tell you can see that where many people have spelt and sat. The other smaller bed we took firm for the other person described, it as sleeping on concrete. The room looked old and tired, we couldn't even sleep.. people slammed doors every single time throughout the night. I have to say it may be the worse place we have stayed pretaining noise level. Children running up and down the hall way in the morning it was a nightmare. We were not rested at all. The sheets were clean along side shower/towel were clean the water was hot coming out the shower and adequate toilet rolls but very cheap recycled ones. I didn't like the unclean walls many parts were stained with mess of some kind. And not sure when was the last carpets were shampoo and cleaned. It feels like a place that we're who don't have anywhere to go and they can stay for the cheap like one step from being homeless kind of vibe. We only spent one night and that was enough because we didn't feel it was quiet and peaceful. The receptionist was pleasant on arrival and departure. Overall 3 out of 5 for our stay.

Budget hotel located in Oldham. Nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. Decent value if just looking for a bed for the night

Regularly come to this hotel, staff are friendly and price is reasonable. Facilities are clean.

Reasonable price, clean , tidy. The hotel provided shampoo, body wash, hot water, cups, tea and coffee. it's good for short stay although the other guest wont be quiet when coming back at mignight and leaving in the early morning. Overall, i will recommand.

Would like a whole refund completely desgusting rooms are unkept staff are rude and unprofessional

First impression of the hotel….. drab. Overall impression that lasted overall just maximum of 12 mins…. Horrendous. Receptionist friendly enough when we got there. Corridors felt like people lived there not a hotel . Opened the door to the room and we could only stand there for 2 seconds . The overpowering dirty lingering smell of **** hit you straight away. I told the receptionist we can’t stay there, he offered going to look for another room. We couldn’t stomach staying there any longer. They would not give refund so contacted trip . Com . Took 2 hours to complete the refund after they offered 20 coins and 40 coins which I was arguing my point that the room was not considered fit for sleeping and even with a non-refundable booking, a room that smells of **** and is unusable or uncomfortable was violating my rights as a guest. I was up till 1am trying to sort the refund.
