Asked for a room to accommodate a person with a walker and limited mobility. Could not use tub/shower, bathroom was large enough to accommodate walker. Room was located at center of building, close to elevator. We were directed to park by side entrance and enter by side entrance. Room was clean with good A/C and comfortable beds. Main lobby was not air-conditioned, too hot to eat breakfast the following morning. Buffet breakfast offering was pitiful. We ate breakfast elsewhere. Not good value for money when shower could not be accessed and complimentary breakfast was of such poor quality. Being my first time to travel ”walker dependent ” I did not know to ask for a ”handicap ” room which is what I described..

My boyfriend and I stayed while visiting family in OKC for xmas. Right away at check-in there wasn't a physical person at the desk and I waited probably 5min before being greeted. Then we were told the wrong room number at check-in. Upon entering our room we noticed one of the pillows was in the middle of the bed without a pillowcase and the pillow had large yellow stains on it. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower had several stray hairs on the shower wall and rust on the ceiling. Towels had black/brown stains on them. One of our windows didn't shut all the way and the temp was in the 30s and 40s at night. Not sure if it's a COVID restriction, but there isn't a phone in the room or do not disturb sign. The bed was extremely firm. Really the only things positive about the hotel was that it was pet friendly and about a mile from my family. I will not stay again and would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

While my husband and I were traveling through OKC, we unfortunately had a minor ”mishap” due to severe weather which resulted in 2 flat tires to our rental car. Shook up and wet, we looked for the nearest shelter to assess the situation, which happened to be this hotel. We were not guests at this hotel, however, it was the quickest way to get out of the rain. I went inside to advise the front desk clerk, Vonda, why we were parked under the awning in the front of their hotel blocking the entrance with our disabled vehicle. I also advised that we were waiting for a tow truck and were trying to get a ride to pick up another car. Vonda was very helpful and extremely sympathetic to our situation. Even allowing us to use their luggage cart to unload our car before it was towed. This was really awesome since she could have reacted differently since we were not guest at the hotel. While we waited Vonda and her co-worker were constantly cleaning and sanitizing the lobby and surrounding areas the whole time. Although, we always stay at a different chain of hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel , the professionalism, and the willingness of Vonda to go the extra mile for me was greatly appreciated and will definitely make me consider staying at a Sleep Inn in the future. To the management: Vonda is definitely to be commended. As business owners ourselves, we know all to well that great, professional help is hard to find.
