Exceptional service. Stay was great. I highly recommend you stay. Pool hot tub breakfast all good. We have stayed several times and we are always satisfied with the service and the stay. Rooms are always clean and staff will go out of the way to help

It was an ok stay for the price. I was only there one night. First room I was out in was not clean but second room I was put in was. Just check your room really well before staying in it. I would say if you are staying for only a night or too it is ok for the price.

The property is not in a good area and has homeless beggars pestering you outside. The laundry had no detergent and the hotel is grubby and in need of a full refurbishment. The carpets were filthy and worn to the threads in places. We checked in at 2pm and dumped our belongings in the room. We went to look for the laundry and there was no detergent. Staff said there wouldn't be any so we were unable to wash our clothes. We went out for the afternoon and evening and on return to the hotel were pestered by beggars at the entrance. There was a strong smell of **** in the corridor and when we entered our room noticed bugs on our bedding and on the ceiling above the bed. We initially asked for fly spray but as we waited on the reception to attend the room we noticed more insects. At this point our mind was made up. We told the receptionist that we wanted a full refund and that we were checking out. She refused a refund and was at 1st going to deny us our security deposit back. She then said we would receive that back. We have had to book another hotel at our expense as there was no way we were staying in that hotel for 1 more minute. Avoid, as there is so much more choice.

It was a pleasant experience and the staff redeemed what was a stressful situation to making it quite a pleasant stay. They also helped to accommodate and arrange an extended stay for me when an unexpected delay came up. I'm very grateful for them resolving my issues and accommodating me during what would have been quite stressful had they not offered to help out. I'm very grateful.

Hotel overall wasn’t a bad hotel, but it does needs some improvement there wasn’t any soap or shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom i had to go ask for it. There was constantly shady looking people hanging around the outside and no coffee maker like they said there should be. They do offer a basic free breakfast though the hours don’t really give you any time to get it unless your up very early and the laundry room has closing or opening time posted on the door or inside while the guest book says laundry is open 24hours but will allow the door to lock with laundry in the wash and being forced to wait until the next morning to get said clothes so they have to be re washed for another $2 and 75¢ for the wash powder.

Excellent hotel. Reddy the manager is a gem, very friendly, professional and a gentleman. The rooms are always clean, fresh smelling and inviting. Hotel is very close to multiple restaurants for dining, Walmart, and Outlet Mall shopping. Plenty of parking.

Excellent hotel. Nice clean, fresh, smelling rooms. Great location off I-40 and McArthur Blvd. Close to Outlet Malls shopping, Walmart and major restaurants, gas stations. 7Eleven, Wendy's, and Tropical Cafe, across the street. Very nice staff. Very friendly. Reddy was phenomenal, very courteous and processional.

Definitely recommend reddy t is usually there when we go but it was a different man and women this time but still received awesome service thank you

Place used to be nice but now is just another ghetto motel. Everything is scratched up and looks abused and their is always some shady looking people around the hotel on property
