Lively Hotel on Oak Oklahoma City, Tapestry by Hilton

To start, the service felt a bit inconsistent—perhaps the staff were having a particularly tough day. The hotel offers valet parking at USD 20, but if you prefer to save on that, you can park for free at The Oaks Public Parking, which is just a short 2–3 minute walk away. What I found convenient was dropping my team off at the hotel first before heading over to park. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy service available, so we had to manage all our luggage ourselves. This wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did set a slightly different tone compared to what some might expect. On the positive side, there are thoughtful amenities such as a microwave available in the lobby and complimentary coffee provided daily for guests. The room itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. However, housekeeping could be more attentive—my glasses and the shower drain area were not cleaned consistently, and the drain eventually got clogged during my stay, which I had to clear myself. That was definitely unexpected. For the price point, I would have expected a bit more attention to these smaller details. That said, the overall stay was still pleasant. The hotel is located near the Oaks area, which is beautiful, and I really appreciated the artistic elements around the property. Each piece of artwork has its own story, and you can learn more about them through a book available in the lobby—a nice and unique touch. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the area, though there’s room for improvement in service consistency and housekeeping attention.

Clean and comfortable room. Professional staff. There was a fire alarm at 4:30 AM. After we evacuated, it was not real clear for some time if we were in danger or if we could go back to bed.

Very nice & clean rooms. Lobby/dining/bar area was laid out well. Restaurants & shopping very close by, and not far from local attractions.

Rough check in experience! No signage, lobby is on the second floor and pretty small. Deceptive about parking. It’s advertised that you have a self park option but that’s in a parking garage a couple buildings away and costs $18. Elevators are confusing. Valet are nice and helpful. The halls echo noise so tough if you have kids. We could hear people talking through the walls. It’s a beautiful hotel but not great upkeep. Good location

The location was perfect for visiting with family and catching up. This area of OKC has changed a lot since I grew up in the city. The Oak setting was truly delightful. Our room was clean and very comfortable, even for our short stay. Everyone from the valet to the desk clerk as we checked in to the valet as we were leaving was polite and professional. We definitely will stay here again I am sure.

Clean, contemporary room. Please note: No room service, no easily accessible grass for pet relief, hotel is located in the middle of an outdoor mall and can be quite busy.

Love this hotel, modern and VERY clean. The area is also very nice—Capital Grille is a10 second walk (they share the same parking lot) from the Lively. My wife and I stayed in the Studio Suite and beyond spacious, huge living area with a mini fridge. The restaurant is very nice as well and has a bar as well The only minor downside is it’s about 35 minutes away from OU, but still plan on staying there on our next visit. Highly Recommend!
