The location is right above the train station. If you live at the upper floors the view was fantastic. I was on level 14 and there were no other tall building near me.
However, one bad point is that you may hear the trains early in the morning. But there are no trains at night, so that's fine. I was here mainly for transiting.
On check in day, they had to do a last minute switch to a non-smoking room for me and they very kindly did it.
Very basic room, good space.

The hotel is very convenient for shopping and eating. It is right in JR Okayama Station. It is seamless after exiting the station. It is on the right hand side of the JR station.
