Travelodge by Wyndham Odessa

This is the WORST place I have ever stayed at! Cockroaches, scorpion skins, broken hair dryer…We went out for the day and came back to find some strange green crusty stuff on my daughters blanket, then had to wait TWO days for a clean one! Complete and total BS! Never again! They should just close down and redo the entire building. Oh, and false advertising. Thats a lawsuit. There is NO pool or breakfast like advertised.

They didnt have the room i reserved and paid for. When i contacted ******* to cancel resetvation and give me a refund to go somewhere else they told me after 30 minutes of waiting that they were not able to reach the hotel. The desk man was in frony of me whole time and phone never rang. I was forced to check in to another room and had to oay more money. Then the room they put me in the fridge didnt work, tv didnt work, toilet broke, no towels, no soap, no trashcans, and dead bugs in bathtub. When i complained of all these things they called me a troublemaker and that i complain about everything. I will never use ******* again for not resolving this situation and causing a horrible experirnce.

We arrived and we got a previous used room, I was helped right away tho, it was scary staying there. The back lids of the cards to open door were opened up, like any could just open it. The room smelled horrible like mold. We weren’t even provide with a remote.

There was several guys in the parking lot with loud music till past midnight.

The property was run down. In our room the ceiling had big areas of paint hanging down.

The property is in disrepair, the paint is flacking off the ceiling. Rugs are rotting, electrical outlets are broken or protruding from there cans.

Well, this what I expected for hotel in the area. No real surprises of any kind. Staff they are friendly. Something you frequently don't find in the area.
