They have won many awards and the staff even helped me to connect with the next hotel for early check in as the staff were friends with the hotel I was going to stay...Most interesting convenience store, tried interesting oden and even stocked Okinawa pig ears that were so thinly sliced. Better than the Chinese restaurants - so refined...Visit them in the 2nd weekend of February and you can tour the candy festival (with Akita Dogs parade) at the same time. Very comfortable bed too. I can't find anything bad about the hotel.

The hotel is some distance away from Hirosaki Station. The taxi to Hirosaki Station is about 3000 yen. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Hirosaki Station at a fixed time.
