Ice machine was broke. Room was ok. Door sticks so have to slam to shut it. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Also the cold air coming through the door frames makes it hard to keep room warm. It’s worth the price. Easy walk to many businesses.

I asked if the jacuzzi was working before i even checked in. Was told yes it was. It wasn't. Disappointed.

The room was great. The front counter guy was not. He charged me for all three rooms when it was supposed to be “pay at counter” even though I explained it twice to him. (We all arrived at different times) other then that the room was clean, and the bed comfy

The beds are very uncomfortable, bed had two sheets and a thin blanket. Rooms are in need of updates.

My sink was plugged up for my entire stay and because I booked through ******* so no credit was able to be issued so why would I book through your company again?

Rooms are dirty, sofa is stained and not suitable for use, carpet is worn and stained, overall not what we were expecting
