We loved the Scarborough Inn and most especially the people who were customer facing - Sne, Monica and Jackie. The room (and bathroom) was extremely comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Monica's breakfasts were off the charts! We spent a lot of our time in the livingroom by the fire listening to entertaining music. Don't bring a lot of stuff / clothes because the storage space is limited. They have a washer and dryer. The curated artifacts throughout the Inn are fun to explore. There are lots of really good old-fashioned hand-held books! This is in a great neighborhood with interesting architecture as well as close to the beach. I highly recommend this to all looking to spend time in Ocean City, NJ.

We had a fabulous time celebrating our 20th! The Inn is so cozy with so much character but that does not take away from the modern/clean feel of the rooms you would find at a nice hotel. So much thought goes into your stay and Sne - the Innkeeper is one of a kind. We will definitely be back and make this a new tradition!

The room was awesome, the place was super clean, the breakfast chooses were great. Great location and a great staff. This place is a winner. The porch is a great place to relax and they have plenty of space and blankets if you need them. Couldn’t have asked for more

The entire inn screams relaxation, caring, comfort, and more. The rooms are updated beyond belief. Everything is clean and full of surprises. The antiques abound. The fireplace is perfect for gathering and talking - or just zoning out. We loved the porch. Blankets are even provided to keep you warm if there is a chill in the air. I've never been to a bed and breakfast that has been so relaxing and almost perfect. Our only issue was the breakfasts. For some people, like us, who have some dietary restrictions, there were not really many options other than fruit and/or salad. Yes, there were oatmeal packets and small boxes of cereal, but we wanted freshly cooked. This, however, was minor. The boardwalk and beach are so close. The shopping district is almost as close in the opposite direction. Don't skip the thrift stores! We found some hidden treasures. We cannot wait to go back again.

The Inn was gracious to host A Mother's Rest weekend. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I enjoyed sitting on the porch or by the fireplace to relax. It is close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shop.

This was our third time staying at the Scarborough Inn - we love it here! It doesn’t have that old, stuffy, dusty feel of other bed and breakfasts we’ve stayed at in the past. Instead, the rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is always delicious, but the real winner is the charming porch! Sne, Monica, and the rest of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that our stay was too short!

The inn is warm and welcoming for both solo and group travelers. All the staff were very attentive. I appreciated having various options at breakfast. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the inn, blankets for cool nights on the porch, popcorn for a midnight snack. The rain shower here was a real stunner.

I don’t even know where to start. The staff I communicated with before booking my room block for my wedding was so helpful and caring! I truly felt as though I was their main priority before even booking. We also decided to have our rehearsal dinner there and again the staff was just next level. They were on top of everything. They were always so pleasant and helpful. You pretty much could not carry anything upstairs without them helping. I can’t not stress to you how much easier my wedding weekend went with all of them. The Inn itself is just beyond perfect. The decor, the vibe, the rooms!! Not one person that stayed there had something bad to say. The owner is so funny and you can truly see he puts his heart and soul into that place. I will forever recommend staying here!!!!

We not only stayed here but also used the porch space for my daughters rehearsal dinner everyone was amazing. The Inn keeper and staff helped prepare the space also fixed the food and decorations while we were at rehearsal. Decorating is not my forte. I felt so comfortable while staying at the Inn. While the majority of the guests were our family and friends the other guest there were so friendly it was such a relaxed environment. I can’t say enough this is an assume place.
