The room smelled like cigarette smoke both nights inside the room for at least 2 hours. AC was on and off all night.

The staff and cleaning crew were very nice.
The rooms I general where clean
Windows leaked and the carpet was freaking disgusting!!
Would not walk around in the room without shoes.
Room was very small and no microwave.
But once again the staff and the maid service were very friendly and helpful.

This property is overdue for some upgrades and is in desperate need of pest control. AC unit smells like mildew.

The outside looked great and the staff was helpful. The carpet and furniture was quite dirty, the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and there was no storage for your toiletries. The mirror was dull and the sink was chipped.
We would never go back. They also charged for our pet and a service charge.

The room was very small and the pool not maintained lots of leafs in pool. My nephew wanted to swim but couldn't.

Staff was very professional and courteous. Room nothing special. A lot of construction and traffic around the motel, watch for potholes. They added a $14 fee for booking through a third party making the savings not what it seemed.

I did enjoy myself. Front desk lady was very sweet and made sure she answered me questions accurately. My only negative is thr handles on the hot tub needs immediate attention. I was still able to enjoy the tub but the hot handle just fell off. I'd come back again. Thanks everyone!

They are doing roadworks outside the front of the hotel and there's lots of traffic as a result, the room I stayed in was dirty and dated and I don't think they vacuumed behind the back of things I found a pair of someone's sock and cashew nuts down behind the bed. Also I don't like hotels where people are living as they seem to take over the facilities. The breakfast was horrible and probably the worst I have ever had so I went across the road to Tom's Cuban.

Management and staff were very friendly and helpful!!! Room smelled like feet and a meat market (one part meat, one part bleach/cleaning agent). Cigarette burns on the bedspread slip, tv remote was unreliable, chrome fixtures were rusty, pleather covers were peeling, carpet was coming apart and stunk. Breakfast was ok but some hot protein would be a nice addition. 2 random hotel guests were barefoot in the dining area and I don’t mind bare feet in my home but for some reason, it seemed off-putting. Seeing those toes slide by next to dripped pancake batter on the floor, leaving a hot, steam foot imprint on the tile was too much. I am laughing about it now.
