Hilton Ocala

This turned out to be a very disappointing stay for my family and I. At check in, our room wasn't ready. I'm willing to overlook that because things happen, but for the cost of our room, it is rather ridiculous that it wasn't ready when check in starts at 1500 and we arrived a bit after that. Once we got our room, the shower curtain had a few mold spots on it, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that is supposedly this nice. Beyond that, the shower wouldn't drain properly. We showered in ankle deep water, so there was clearly a clog that should have been addressed. The front desk apologized and mentioned that they could have fixed it at any time with their 24-hour service staff, but that's not the point of this review. It's to show the lack of care shown toward the room that we were afforded for our one-night stay.

Our stay was excellent! Room was perfect! Staff was friendly! Beautiful decorated! We loved it

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was ok. Fan in bathroom was not working. Toilet would whistle after flushing. We had to ask for toolet paper. 1 day room service didnt come.

Overall great stay. Breakfast buffet was not free. Paid $50 for my daughter and myself and all she ate was a bagel, yogurt and had orange juice. Besides that no other complaints.

The room was not very clean upon arrival, there was pee on the toilet. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work and the room smelled damp and moldy. When we ran the ac the air vents smelled moldy and dusty. Disappointing for a Hilton.

Great stay! Clean room, staff friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Toilet sit too tiny and the room was not comfortable at all No extra towels in bathroom I always thought that Hilton was top of the line but it’s not !

The staff members were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. The hotels looked very nice. There were issues that we experienced...first, the community bathroom (men's) near the lobby smelled very bad. Then in our room, the toilet was not flush correctly and had to call hotel maintenance; and lastly, our HVAC unit was not working correctly. The thermostat read 78 degrees and it felt more like 70 degrees; and then at night, the thermostat read 73 degrees and we set the air to cool and 70 degrees, the air would not turn on.
