However, we had a distress with smokers who smoke every night on the terrace. and in the morning the children were already so noisy in the house at 6 a.m. that you couldn't sleep anymore. The hotel is beautiful for families, but if you really want to rest, it is not necessarily possible in the location. The food was ok."

"We stayed over a holiday weekend with 2 children and the grandparents. We were in one of the 2 buildings that have not been renovated. Our rooms were incredibly clean and extremely well kept, especially given their obvious age. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities for the kids. And the guest card was an incredible value. I found the reception staff to be incredibly helpful. I had a lot of silly questions before and after I booked and they were extremely quick to respond through the messenger app. Their messenger app and guest app were extremely useful as well. I do recommend making a reservation for breakfast. It definitely filled up and they seemed to struggle a bit to keep the buffet stocked. Granted their was plenty to eat, so no complaints. Overall, I’m glad we gave it a try and we would certainly return!"
