Great hotel location superb, 3 mins from Railway Station, 5 mins from Town centre. Hotel overlooks the river Aare with superb views of the Jura Mountains. Modern hotel with great rooms, my only (very small) suggestion for an improvement would be Aircon a bit cooler, but I just like very cold bedrooms, so possibly that's just me. Breakfast was great with a huge choice of freshly cooked food and cold platters, staff friendly and professional.

We stayed for a couple days over the easter holiday. We stayed in the Annex, not the main hotel. The annex is a bit farther away from the main public areas. The room was comfortable, and the window was facing the Munster. It was a fairly quiet room and very comfortable. The linens on the bed were comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, both in the reception and the bar. Due to dinner arrangements, we did not take dinner nor breakfast at the hotel. We did however, go to the bar for a post-hike drink. There is a parking garage in the annex, but we parked our car at the Baseltor garage. The hotel is also about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is very conveniently located in Solothurn, and is our favourite now for our frequent short stays in the town. We will definitely stay in the hotel during our next stay.

I visited Delemont with a group of friends this weekend. We are a sport cars club and we often travel across Europe. I was with my 7 years daughter and our staying was just perfect. Mercure Delemont is a brand new hotel, warm and perfectly equipped for a very pleasant staying. Our bedroom had all amenities and we enjoyed our time in Delemont. Great morning breakfast and great courtesy of the reception crew. Then the extra mile came. My daughter forgot her ”dudu” (her night puppet) in our bedroom. We realized 300 km later and she was really sad. In less than 24 hours her little Rabbit came back home, traveling safely as a priority delivery with Swiss Post. Whoever has a little girl knows what this does mean. Mercure team did not even want to get paid for the delivery. Thank you Mercure for your perfect accommodation and for taking care about your little customers... and their precious night puppets too. A big clap for your sensitivity and courtesy. See you on our next trip to Jura.

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the main street of Delemont Train Station, very convenient. For the Express Hotel, there should be some. A device has a free wifi password. There are a few suggestions for Chinese people to stay: the hotel's toiletries are only cups and shower gels, others are not available, remember to bring their own; you can ask the hotel to borrow a hot water at the front desk; it is not recommended to use the hotel's breakfast, 15 CHF alone but Bread milk coffee ham slices, at most some cereal fruit. If you want to eat these, it is better to eat in the cafe next to the hotel. 6 Ruifa has good coffee and two breads.

Located in the heart of the old city, next door to the city gate, it is very convenient to visit the ancient city. Not too far from the train station (8-10 minutes walk). The room layout is very artistic, and it is also an ancient building. Of course, there is no elevator. The luggage on the upstairs can be requested by the hotel staff. The restaurant is not in one room, but only a few steps away. Although the breakfast is not rich, there is no problem with eating.

Super Unterkunft. Von A-Z hat alles geklappt. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Kindern. Am Abend war es ab 22.00 uhr sehr ruhig im Hof und auch mit offenen Fenstern lässt es sich so gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war zum Geniessen in einem schönen Saal. Allgemein ist diese Jugendherberge wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Museum ist top und mit Kindern sehr gut machbar. Es gibt ein Rätselspass, basteln, Truhen öffnen, Schatzkisten und vieles mehr. Es lohnt sich dieses Museum zu besuchen. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zum Empfehlen
