Nice room. Architecturally it could be a historic house. Hygienic and clean, someone cleans it every day. Although it is not in the very center of the city square, it is a great experience to walk there and walk along one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in the city! City security.

Superb hotel with a good location to all Oaxaca has to offer. Good breakfast with Mexican option which was excellent.

The location is ideal, outside the city center noise but just a 15 minute walk to Santo Domingo.

We stayed for a week at this property and would go again. The property was clean and very convenient to walk to historic downtown and restaurants. We loved the area and the staff were helpful, courteous and responsive. The elevator was out of service for a time while we were there but they fixed it quickly.

The customer service was great, from check in crew, quick, easy to change our room from a double to king bed.bed was comfortable, Ac even if looked old worked great. Pool was nice and warm.
Cleaning crew was great.
I want to especially say that a you g lady in the breakfast area was wonderful, she always seem to have a smile even if she had a face mask, her tone and helpfulness. Breakfast was very good, flavorful and options.
I would have given the hotel a 5 star but the towels were very worn and yellowish, there was no mini fridge and lastly wish they would have had some usb connections as most hotels do.
