This hotel is quite large, but the overall environment is just average. The front desk staff were decent, and there's a $50 deposit required. The restaurant is spacious, which makes sense given the hotel's size. The front desk and restaurant are on the second floor, while the entrance is on the ground floor (G). It can be a bit tricky to find the first time. It's also close to the city rail and the train station.

Excellent location directly opposite Southern Cross Station. There's a large Coles supermarket nearby for convenient grocery shopping, open until 11 PM. You can also browse two CW pharmacies in the vicinity for Australian beauty and health products. The hotel is within the free tram zone. The room was very clean with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was average but they offered congee, which was satisfying.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, which is super convenient for catching the SkyBus. There are also several tram lines right downstairs, making it great for exploring the CBD for free. The two queen-sized beds were perfect for traveling with older children, and the room itself was very spacious – plenty of room to open up our suitcases without a problem. However, there was an indescribable odor in the room, almost like foot odor… Also, the external soundproofing was a bit poor, likely due to the building's structure. Every night, the roaring cars from downstairs were clearly audible. On the flip side, the internal soundproofing was good; the hallway and neighboring rooms were very quiet. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced, which was nice. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and you could even get a takeaway meal if you were leaving early.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Southern Cross Station. It's easy to hail a taxi downstairs, and with breakfast included (which offers good variety), the price-performance ratio is excellent. I'll definitely come back next time.

The room was a decent size, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient – just a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, where the airport bus drops you off, and also only 5 minutes from tour group meeting points. It’s a really great choice, and the breakfast was good too!

The room was a bit small, but it was very clean. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were all very friendly – at least I didn't experience any of the issues others have complained about. It's really close to Southern Cross Station and the pick-up points for day tours. I walked to Chinatown and the Victoria Library from here.
