Location and breakfast are excellent. The breakfast service staff was very friendly. The room need a refresh and is dated. The housekeeping is average, failing to replenish shampoo, hand soap, cotton buds, tea bags. Floor are also not vacuumed. The bell boy brought our luggage to the front door and left without helping to load into our transport.

Very cosy room. Love the tea (T2 Tea) and coffee capsules provided in the room. Spa bath was nice. A la carte breakfast can be included in the room price at a discounted cost. Breakfast selection includes one main plus 2 sides, and unlimited supply of nespresso coffee and tea. We had big breakfast and fruit and yoghurt plus sides. It was a good package.

Great location and staff but hotel is getting a little tired with obvious wear and tear with poor maintenance of fixtures, gardens and pool area.
