The shower gel was empty from the first day I checked in, and it was never refilled during my stay. Very disappointing for a hotel of this level.

We had a great stay for some days in Melbourne. The location is good, but the hotel entrance is a bid hidden. Staff was super friendly and the room was totally sufficient & clean. We would come back here again.
