Due to accommodations falling through, I booked a room last night at midnight. $150 later and I’m in a nice room that I was happy with . At 8am, I’m woken up by a lawn mower right outside my window.. I ignored it and tried to go back to sleep.. Around 9am they’re pounding shovels into wood blocks right out the window causing a huge ruckus outside. I call the front desk and complain and they did NOTHING to help me. The front desk receptionist offered to move me to a different room…why would I do that when my checkout time is 3 hours from now?? She also mentioned a refund. She was unable to help me & transferred me to the GM. Who then told me I was lying about the noise & the receptionist also lied and said she never mentioned a refund. I’m pissed. I’ve never experienced a situation like this. I’m usually passive about inconveniences but this was inexcusable. I’m near the end of 5 day long road trip and needed a place to stay last night just to be rudely awakened early in the morning. Don’t stay here. If you have issues, they’re unable to help you. I’m on the phone with customer service currently in hopes they’ll actually be able help me out. Customer service was unable to help me!!!

Me and my 4 kids went for a little getaway and this was by far the worst place we have ever went to.... the sheets were nasty and stained... the pillows were hard and we couldn't use them... my kids wanted to leave but I didn't want to do another deposit and 160 for a room so we stayed...and then the pool was so nasty it was foggy it stank and was so cold they couldn't swim... then last we went to bed and my son dropped his phone behind the bed and ther was dead bed bugs there so I would definitely never use this place and if anyone knows someone I can call u would like to get my money back and then I just got a charge on my card saying they found food stains on the sheets no way could it have been my kids they were stained before we slept in them it's from yall you probably never changed them someone tell me who I can call on these people 160 for the room and charging me 40 for sheets they had on our bed that were nasty to begin with my kids even wrote about it on the reviews....and mind you we ate white castle and there was no condiments on it so how did my kids get food stains on the sheets lmao 🙃...Should I call the BBB
