The Sleep Inn in O'Fallon is a very expensive place to stay. However, it is not a beautiful spotless place to stay. I stayed there 3 nights 7/15/2022 to 7/18 and it cost me $437.29. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. They are blaming Covid, I guess because their policy is to not clean the rooms unless you asked. The room was just an average motel room that could have used an upgrade, or maybe a good cleaning! The rug was dirty and stained pretty bad, my bed spread had big gross stains, there was dirt all around the edges of the bedroom and the bathroom and to top it off tons of dog hair on the back of the curtain and on the chair in the room. They are way over priced! It appears they treat their dog guests better than the humans that stay there. I stay here a lot but its a problem every time and it goes more and more down hill, blaming a lack of staff.

Aside from cleanliness and positive guest services, the dining area was nice and the breakfast food was delicious. (I would’ve really loved bacon as an option.) Parking was easy and well maintained. My recommendation: Your main door drive up check-in looks like a side door entrance. We drove around the building just to make sure it was the front. It’s so easy to get to, looks great from the interstate, but it needs to have a front door makeover to go with all the positive amenities offered to clients. If it were a last minute need for hotel, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable pulling up to stay over simply because of the drive up not looking safe or impressive. That’s the first thing a guest sees.

Come here for business, only stay one night, the airport rental car is very convenient, the hotel is very clean, but the surrounding is ridiculous, there are outlets nearby. Nice impression of the hotel

Good place. Updated value hotel, would be perfect for traveling with family. Walking distance to Gas station, ice cream joint, and upscale taco spot. Very close to AMC theater. The room had plenty of dual outlets and usb charger ports. Lots of free movie channels. No real closet or clothing storage (some hangers w/ iron board). Fridge. Hair dryer. Standing shower w/ good pressure. Shampoo and soap dispensers are like squeeze bottles (cool). Nightlight and a bench/table straddling the air conditioner. Pool table and some hanging chairs in lobby. Basic workout room (2 treadmills, free weights, physiostep like bike). I did NOT see a pool (maybe I missed it). Basic free breakfast, plenty of snacks for purchase. You may want to avoid a room in the first floor (parked cars outside window and lots of traffic in hall near exits). I will stay again.

We were a little bit hesitant to book this hotel, because of the reviews. Boy were really wrong! It was very comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They clean the rooms after each day. It was near to every place we went. We would definitely stop here again.

Really nice hotel, but it smells like mildew on the room floors and inside the rooms. I had to buy a plugin air freshner to get rid of the smell.

What a great place. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful both in the evening and morning. Location of hotel is easy to get to and easy to get back on i70. Also plenty of food options nearby, if your not interested in that they did have in house options. Parking is plentiful, just drive around back if front is full. We didn’t hang around hotel, but there were several gathering places that were well laid out. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great stay.
