I had an unpleasant experience at this highly-rated restaurant. After waiting half an hour for my order and being told it was almost ready three times, I found out they hadn't even started preparing it when I went to check. On top of that, the staff's attitude was very poor. As a star-rated hotel, I find this kind of service completely unacceptable. The duty manager apologized that day and promised to follow up with me the next day regarding the resolution. I've been waiting for five days now, and I haven't heard anything. It's not that I'm curious about their internal process, but I wanted to see if they would actually keep their word. Unsurprisingly, it was a letdown.

The environment at Yuehuang Resort Hotel is exceptionally good, and my kids loved it. The butler even upgraded our breakfast, which was really rich with a wide variety of options. The special afternoon tea was also a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent; waking up in the morning felt refreshing and ethereal. The in-room oxygen diffusion system is a huge plus. Downstairs is Linchen Restaurant, a popular spot on social media, and their stone pot chicken is absolutely delicious. Beyond the well-appointed facilities, elegant ambiance, and tasty food, what truly impressed me was the incredibly warm service. From the welcome dance to the meticulous care provided by team leader Cicheng Cheng from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt incredibly well looked after.

My friend told me this is the best hotel in Nyingchi, and I totally agree! The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left, making us feel completely at home. We missed the ******* incense class, but the teacher still made three for us! Our personal butler was so attentive throughout our stay, it was truly heartwarming ❤️❤️. And the rooms and food? Beyond amazing, my family couldn't stop raving about them. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Nyingchi!

The room was clean and tidy, the hotel environment was comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. The complimentary afternoon tea included with the booking was also very rich and truly reflected the local charm.

I had a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at the Nyingchi Crown Plaza, which was truly an unexpected highlight of my Tibet trip. I simply have to give them genuine praise. 👍 First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome dance upon arrival, and every evening we received a complimentary 'goodnight' drink and fruit. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and they even helped fold clothes and wash socks (which I was so grateful for!). 💐 The hotel's decor and aesthetics are wonderful; both the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were free ******* incense making classes and afternoon tea experiences available. 🥞 The breakfast selection was very rich and satisfying every morning. The sweet tea was delicious, and the stone pot chicken for lunch was also quite good. I've already recommended it to friends and hope to stay here again if I ever return to Nyingchi.💖

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the decor is very stylish. This room type even has two bathrooms, which is super convenient for families. The hotel restaurant is also delicious. Definitely worth a stay!

The environment is very clean, and the scent in the bathroom is incredibly refreshing. I was able to get a late checkout until 4 PM, which was a huge plus. The balcony is also great, with views of the snowy mountains. The welcome service at the entrance was very attentive.

Had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the evening turndown service was a unique touch. The stone pot chicken and ******* fragrant pork at the restaurant were absolutely delicious! 👍

I stayed at this hotel after visiting Lulang Village to see the peach blossoms, and the service was excellent. I heard it's considered the best hotel in Bayi Town. It's about a 20-minute drive from Linzhi High-Speed Rail Station. I chose it because I was taking the high-speed rail to Lhasa the next day. The breakfast was very good, and for dinner, we had the stone pot chicken set. The ******* chicken was quite tough, so we mainly just drank the soup. The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, including body lotion. I took a good oxygen-infused shower and washed my hair; I wouldn't dare wash it so easily the next day when heading to Lhasa.

This hotel deserves all the praise! The moment we stepped into the parking lot, we were greeted by that signature scent of a five-star hotel. As soon as we entered, the authentic ******* decor immediately immersed us in a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in, and they even upgraded our room for free! While we waited, we sipped on rhodiola tea and enjoyed a welcome dance – it was an amazing experience. The room design was thoughtful, the amenities were high-end, and every little detail exuded quality. This is the first hidden gem of a hotel that has made us fall in love with an entire city just because of our stay there!

The room facilities are complete and comfortable! The Linyi restaurant serves excellent food, and the service is exceptionally good! Highly recommend!

I've always been really happy with this hotel, and the housekeeping team is great 👍. But I was a bit disappointed during breakfast today 🙁. There were still 15 minutes left, and they already started packing up in a rush. They didn't even make a fried egg for my child.
