首先，需要肯定的是酒店的服務達到賓至如歸的感覺，一進門除了常規的礦泉水以外，更意想不到，在晚上10點睡覺的時候會給您送上一杯熱牛奶。
房間的內部裝修有一定歲月的痕跡，床上用品的舒適感還可以！

四星酒店，進房時立刻送上水果及糖果，很温馨。房間內的毛巾及床單乾淨沒有味道。不過房間內的加濕器噴了一陣子就沒有噴霧， 打了到前台説不需要加水，但還是沒有。
早上7點到餐廳用早餐非常擁擠， 食物很快就沒有， 要等，餐桌及衞生程度不像四星酒店。還好，服務員態度很好。

環境好，開窗見尼洋河觀原始森林；院內免費停車，交通便利，馬路對面就是客運站；早餐豐富；服務細緻周到，雖然是體量不小的酒店，但是服務幾乎是管家式的，訂房後就及時聯繫，入住前給了非常多實用的温馨提示，前台小哥哥的服務質量和態度非常專業！房間乾淨舒適，客房服務也隨叫隨到！強烈推薦，以後就認準岷山了！

酒店的服務很貼心，晚上還送牛奶，停車場免費的，裏面還有充電樁，對電動車很友好，裝修方面有點老舊了。各項設施也有點過時，掛四星有點好像有點名不符其實！
