房間衞生乾淨，暖氣超級棒，一進房間就很暖和，熱水也很大，温度也很好，常跑藏區，滿足以上三點，我就很是心滿意足。
結果服務很好，房間景色很絕，在房間就能看雪山，餐廳茶室也都能看到雪山，吃飯的時候看到有人做藏香，想來應該是不錯的體驗。
院子裏還有百年桃樹，好期盼三月花開，以後還會再來。

服務態度太好了，來的幫我把行李送到房間，走的還直接幫我把行李搬上車，感謝每次幫我拿行李的小哥哥。最大的驚艷是走的那天早上的景，真的太美了。感謝老闆送的糖果，唯一美中不足的就是沒有電視，連投頻電視也沒有，第一次住沒有電視的酒店有點不習慣。😂

酒店環境清幽，安靜，在房間內就能邊喝熱茶邊賞山景。地暖足夠暖和，早餐營養又好吃，管家們服務態度非常好，值得推薦！

對這家酒店的環境真是超級滿意，即使是寒冷的冬季，也別有一番風韻。雪山、湖泊，相當治癒。我們訂的是江景房，比普通房要貴差不多一倍。冬日的陽光透過玻璃窗暖暖地灑進房間裏，這應該就是人生該有的樣子吧。服務員都非常有禮貌，無論男生女生，我們走的時候，女服務員還專門走到門口禮貌道別，就像日本很多酒店的做法一樣，非常impressive~ 早餐非常精緻，超級滿意。還有就是酒店的工程人員，見到客人都禮貌打招呼、開門，真的很認真和貼心！

很不錯很不錯很不錯！
風景真的特別美，拍照超級出片！離機場非常近而且落地的時候會有司機舉牌接送機！
管家式服務，態度超級好！管家看我們吃飯的時候咳嗽了一下，很貼心的給我們泡了999感冒靈。
還有就是酒店的廚師沒想到和我是重慶老鄉，做菜真的特別好吃！
總的來説，超級推薦！

住在喜馬拉雅雪山和雅魯藏布江畔絕美風景裏的沉浸式度假酒店，整體設施很好很專業，管家式服務到位。希望增加一些咖啡，餅乾在客房，增加一下對酒店的介紹，增加一些户外徒步付費項目，豐富度假體驗。

酒店離機場十分鐘左右車程，包接送。管家服務有求必應，熱情周到，餐廳的菜品好好吃，我們都很喜歡吃。住了四個晚上，在餐廳吃了三頓晚餐，都覺得吃不夠。環境更是沒話説，冬天的林芝人少，每天早上醒來，都好像置身仙境一樣。下次再來林芝的話，還會選擇這裏。非常感謝這幾天管家和藏族小哥哥的照顧。
