A high-value-for-money stay with no noticeable downsides. All rooms offer sea views and there are both indoor and outdoor hot springs. Unlike most ryokans where rooms don't have bathing facilities, here each room comes with a small bathtub. You can also order local High-Leg Crab for dinner.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! The staff were so kind and thoughtful. The room was beautiful with a stunning view of the bay. Highly recommend getting there breakfast or dinner. The food was careful curated and thought out, each course was delicious and featured seasonal items.  The onsen was also stunning with an indoor and outdoor area and all amenities needed.  Highly recommend this hotel. You will not regret it!

A bit out of the way for the usual travelers in Japan, but nice for those looking to be out of the hustle and bustle of tourist season. Place was nice, onsen was slightly open air.

The hotel is greatly located on a hill over the beach, but the sea could be accessed trough stairs behind the hotel. The spa is great and view from the the rooms are beautiful. Be careful though, how many off you are going to be in room. They may charge you for one member of the family. A child. As it happened to us. Trip.com was kind to deal with them and them reimbursing to us

The water flow in the sink in the room was a little weak, which was a bit of a problem, but everything else was great.

The food was delicious. It's an inn with many repeat customers, and it's no wonder. It's also close to the beach, so I recommend it.

It's about a 50-minute drive from Numazu Station. It feels quite far as you have to cross a mountain pass, but a spectacular view awaits. The inn had a wide range of amenities, and the room had two hair dryers and two sinks, so as just two girls traveling with a friend, we were able to have a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't enjoy the view from our room or bath, but I'm sure it would be amazing on a sunny day.

This is a really nice hotel with a special feeling. It's said to be the third best sunset in Japan, and it's truly beautiful. The beach was probably very close, but I only realized it later. I'm a bit disappointed. I'd definitely book there again next time. The breakfast was very filling and not expensive, but unfortunately, my dearest grandmother passed away at the time, so I wasn't in the mood to go out.

Perfect place! The windows in the room overlook the ocean. You can also go out and walk along the embankment. The owners of the ryokan gave us a warm welcome. We arrived a little early, but they still checked us into the room. The room is very clean, spacious, everything is in traditional Japanese style. Dinner and breakfast are incredibly delicious. I highly recommend taking a room with dinner and breakfast! When checking out, the owner of the hotel took us to the nearest bus stop in the city of Heda, so that we would definitely not miss the bus. 1000/10 I recommend this place to everyone.

How should I put it? It's very old. Since I stayed in two hot spring hotels two nights ago, there is no harm in comparing them. The room smells bad, the facilities in the whole building are old, and the food is average. Overall, I don't recommend it.

The boss lady personally served, was warm and thoughtful, and the experience was very good.
