L' Albergo Italia a Novara è un hotel storico, si trova praticamente al centro della citta', vicino all'ospedale ( non si mai) nella hall e nel bar con piano forte il mobilio è quello antico e si respira atmosfere di altri tempi. I muri sono rivestiti di legno e tessuti damascati... purtroppo pecca pulizia nelle stanze sotto a letto c'era polvere, le tende macchiate, il bagno in ordine ma datato, nei corridoi moquette da sostituire... basterebbe una rinfrescata generale, rivedere le toilette delle stanze per far rinascere questo albergo stile " d'essai"... un plauso va ai dipendenti del servizio colazione ultra rapido con prodotti medio buoni... occorrerebbe investire per la sera con un pianista per rendere le serate novaresi più allegre e spensierate.

total destruction the only solution!!! Hotel datato , dove c’è poco da ristrutturare . Unico lato positivo il ragazzo che lavora al centralino !! Mi chiedo come le pubbliche amministrazioni competenti , continuino a mantenere 4 stelle. Davvero assurdo.

Very unfriendly staff (but a young kind boy). They couldn’t help but to show they were pissed off of us. The room was horrible, poorly furnished and old! Parking had a very narrow entrance and it was just too small. The only positive thing was the breakfast.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CONCEPT, everything is very dirty, from the filter of the dryer, to the plugs of the bed itself, very old mattresses, from the first day my whole body itched, many insects, and spiders, I got a ecwma on the neck, the pillow was practically a sheet of paper, rare that this hotel has 4 stars

SCHIFO ASSOLUTO. L’albergo più sporco dove sia mai stata in vita mia. Nella hall c’era una puzza che sembrava avessero lessato 10 cavolfiori. In camera l’unica cosa pulita erano le lenzuola della lavanderia. Tutto il resto era dal film dell’orrore… altro che 4 stelle!!! Evitate!

Personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia, ottima posizione vicino al Castello di Novara e alle altre attrazioni del centro storico. Parcheggio disponibile. Ampiezza camera. Pulizia perfetta. Cambio biancheria ogni giorno, anche non richiesta. WiFi gratuito. Passiamo alle cose da migliorare. Arredamento un po' datato, ma funzionale. Bagno con doccia aperta (rischio di "allagamento" quando si usa). Letto matrimoniale con due letti singoli e due materassi differenti, mancanza di tapparelle o scuri efficienti o tende oscuranti adatta alla finestra. Scrostature sui muri, moquette dei corridoi consumata e macchiata.

La posizione è l’unica cosa veramente positiva dell’albergo perché a due passi dal centro. La struttura necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione e di uno svecchiamento generale. Stanze con arredamento un po’ “démodé” e bagni che giudicarli “datati” è farle un complimento. Da un albergo 4 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa di diverso.
