The hair of the person who has the other guests in the shower washing, the samples used by other guests in the shower, the washing washing washing, the infixes falling into pieces, the thermophone of the bath that screws. I'm sorry to say that, but I strongly advise not to choose this structure. Breakfast was the worst I've seen in my life. I don't think I know who, but having traveled a lot, I can say that. In the homeland of the food, the breakfast was a rough thing, and when we presented to the staff, they were looking for whatever possible to solve the problems. The room was cleaned or at least someone went to try to clean it, and the exhausts were closed, unfortunately, as much as they could put it, the structure is in short of staff, and this is clearly seen. As a chili on the cake at our check out there was a tight discussion between the staff. I think, regardless of the problem that is, you should not discuss before the clients. In any case, this is the last of their problems. We will never come back.

The perfect stay for 1 or 2 nights. Friendly staff. The brekfast was perfect to start the day. The hotel offers transfer to Milano Malpensa airport for a friendly fare off 11 euro/ room. From the airport we can reach the hotel by taxi, with the price of apx 21 euro.

Location near the airport, suitable for self-driving tourists, breakfast is ordinary, the room is not big, the price is reasonable

Perfect place for transfer! Location perfect coz just a few minutes walk inside indoor terminal after arrival, simply take the ‘glass’ elevator to -1, and then follow sign to walk short distance indoor with air conditioning to hotel; even easy for carrying super heavy luggage on my own as a lady. Great facilities with indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam, fitness room with good view. It’s the good standard sheraton hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, new and clean, bathroom spacious and convenient, comfortable bed…. Hotel has a nice restaurant with bright view and many hotel guests, or can have simple cafe food, juice, sandwich, yoghurt…. at airport terminal for dinner, coz just 2-3 minute indoor walk. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Booked at the last minute after our flight was cancelled at 8:30pm. Took a taxi from outside the airport for the short drive, which cost €20. On arrival, check in was processed quickly, and the room was a good size, with a good bathroom and all appeared to be clean. However, the bed was incredibly hard - and I'm a fan of a firm mattress! This meant for a largely sleepless night. No air conditioning in the room, so fairly warm, but fortunately not uncomfortable warm. When I checked in I asked about the shuttle service to the airport, which I was told departed every half an hour, but needed to book in advance. Booked for 5am and asked how much it would be and was told ”about €20”. Check out at 5am was quick and easy (be aware they retain your passport after checking in, but this isn't unusual for Italy). The shuttle service was there waiting, which was great. I tried to confirm the price with the shuttle driver, and he pretended to not understand. We shared the shuttle with one other person from the hotel. On arrival at the airport it seemed that he wanted to collect €20 from each person. I was only prepared to pay €20 for the two of us - not €20 each, and the other person didn't have any cash on them (he wouldn't take card). Fortunately he accepted the €20 I paid and left at that. On reflection, I would prefer to stay at a hotel that provides a fixed price shuttle that they operate themselves - one other I saw did a €5 per-person shuttle service, which if I was in this situation again I'd book. With the time pressure of a last minute cancellation, you don't get to do too much research before booking! So overall, the hotel itself was acceptable - just a shame about the bed. But the cost of getting to and from the hotel was disappointing.

Comfortable hotel.. different from other hotels...independent rooms for all rooms with direct entrance with car.. good breakfast.. beautiful room with hydromassage bath and very large shower in more double washing ...ci would be happy to return.. If understood by those parts
