Park Plaza Nottingham is conveniently located in town centre, which was a plus for 2-day visit to our friend in town. I like the modern look of the hotel lobby, as well as the friendly hotel staff. Hotel room was reasonably spacious, but a little dated on the cons side. Moreover, it requires to walk up and down stairs for elevator access from the lobby, which caused a bit of inconvenience to people with limited mobility like my husband. Fortunately, the hotel staff were kind to carry our luggage, which was a tremendous help to us.

The breakfast was of very good quality and the staff were helpful. The only downside is that the room feels a little dated; however, it is still very clean and well maintained.

The food was lovely . And a great location . Thanking the hotel for an extra hour for my check out with my health being a bit unwell . Good staff very professional..

The stay in Park Plaza was amazing. The place is city centre and perfect location. Room and corridors were fresh and had apt air conditioning.

The location is very convenient and the room is quite spacious, perfect for business trips. There are plenty of dining options just across the street.

Ideal location in the city centre. Staff inside that welcomed us was polite. Not clear where the hotel car park is but found it in the end after searching as when calling the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful at all.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

Good location, near city centre and private car park ,moreover big and clean room.

Staff were friendly But the entrance is cold the foyer is brutalistic not warm at all Bar similarly bleak. Room fine Glass door on bathroom not everybody will like this.

Had a lovely night stay, our room was spacious and clean with everything you’d expect or need, the coffee machine was a nice addition. Service was really friendly and helpful during but our only complaint would be that we received a wake up call to our room at 7am which we did not ask for.

Decent enough - as was the case c.20 years previously! Did not avail myself of any of the additional services.

The washer tabs do not provide a non-slip mat in the shower room. We requested to buy one since we will be staying for three days, but they denied our request due to risk concerns. Instead, they offered a towel to place inside the shower. Even so, they should be able to provide non-slip strips! Secondly, the elevator to the G floor lift lobby is not convenient for elderly or accessible individuals, as it requires stepping up a staircase.,
