I’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Great place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

We were allocated a double room. Things were fine. At the last day, there was water noise from the roof. It was certain there was a leak on the water pipe on the roof which was causing sound. Be clear that there was no leaking in our room, only the sound which was certainly irritating. I complained to the front desk. They came and decided to shift my room along with complementary drinks as it was out of hours to fix it.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

A reasonably pleasant stay at this hotel with no problems in my 2 night stay other than a noisy person staying next door but that is no fault of the hotel. It is conveniently located right near the centre of Nottingham. Lots of scaffolding outside at time of visit but no noise during the night and no noise from people outside, though it was mid week and the room facing away from the street

This hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, which makes it pretty central regardless of where in Nottingham you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I dislike the insistent emails on the lead in to my visit trying to get you to check in online. Good job I didn't, as I arrived early unexpectedly and was still able to get a room straightaway, whereas I would have had a couple of hours to wait if I'd done the online check in. This is a decent chain of hotels, I've had good experiences in the past and this visit was also fine. Only real complaint was the absence of biscuits with the tea and coffee set up in the room - surely a basic human right.

Did have a small issue where i saw how dirty the mattress was underneath the bed, and also a bit of a service issue with the front desk seeming to just not want to be there, but for the price you pay you get what you get! Former student halls so a strange setup but one i enjoyed.

The hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.

Was lucky to be the first to stay in one of the rooms in the new wing. Very clean and comfortable with all new furnishings and new 55 inch tv Unfortunately, I was only booked in for the one night; arrived late and left early. Overall a short but pleasant stay. Would book again in future if visiting Nottingham.
