Mercure Properties in North Jakarta

We had an overall pleasant stay at Mercure Ancol. The room was large and comfortable, which was great for a family stay. Some parts of the room, especially the bathroom/toilet area, do feel a little outdated and would benefit from renovation or refreshment. However, the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Parking was spacious and easy to access, which made things very convenient. Overall, a good stay with friendly service and practical facilities. A bit of improvement on the room interiors would make the experience even better.

The hotel's design is stylish and modern, with clean, tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, making guests feel comfortable and cared for from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes great. Overall, my stay was very satisfying, offering great value for money, making it an ideal choice for a trip to Jakarta.
