I chose d'primahotel Mangga Dua Jakarta for a business trip and was very satisfied with their service. The hotel's location is extremely strategic, close to business centers and transport links, which made getting around Jakarta for work very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough for both rest and getting work done. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a great help for online meetings and daily tasks. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and responsive to guests' needs. The food was also quite satisfying; the breakfast menu was delicious and practical for supporting business activities from early in the morning. Overall, this hotel is highly suitable for business trips or short stays in the Mangga Dua Jakarta area.

My advice for guests with cars: do not stay at this hotel. Parking is PAID, with no maximum tariff. The first hour is 6,000, and subsequent hours are 5,000. I booked for two nights, and on the first day, I paid almost 100,000 for parking. On the second day, I decided to check out because the situation was already unpleasant, and I couldn't get a refund. Instead, I got unreasonable excuses from the manager and staff. Parking facilities for cars at a hotel should be provided, and everywhere else I've stayed, it's always been free. I often stay at D Prima group hotels, and this is the first time and the only location where I've had such an unpleasant experience. Do I really have to pay parking fees that are as expensive as the room rate? There isn't even anyone to direct parking; staff only stand at the payment booth. For that parking price, there should be valet service and a proper parking area. D PRIMA WTC NOT RECOMMENDED.
