The room was okay. We had 3 bedrooms, the aircond was good. The breakfast was delicious, but that’s about it. The furnitures in the room were pretty old and a bit sticky. Both bathrooms had no bidet, and we only got 3 towels even though we booked for 5 people. The wait for the lift during early breakfast hours was way too long, as there were so many floors - we were on floor 19. And there were a total of 4 lifts for all to use! Would consider this only as a last resort, and wouldn’t really recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

I asked for a high floor but was given a 5th floor. When I came in the room smell of smoke. I could not sleep the 1st night. I asked for my room to be treated for non smoking and it was better so I decided not to change rooms. It was too hectic to move my things around, plus the lift took a really long time if I stayed higher up. The breakfast was so so. There was no porridge which I was looking for. The service was ok, can’t charge food to the room like they’re so afraid I will run and not pay. Location is definitely good if you plan to hang out in north jakarta only. Overall, my stay was average. Rooms need to be updated, quite old and dark and no mirror except in bathroom. Can’t even do make up coz it’s sooo dark.

This hotel is considerably 'a bang for your buck' which have strategic location and much complete facility compared to other that charge the same rate. I spent a night in the hotel, my first impression was that the hotel is quite dark (that is because i cheked in well after 6pm) which then scared me because I thought that the hotel is ******* for some reason. Then, after I turn on every light that is available in the room, turns out its not that bad, it is very comfortable and clean. So here is my tip for any of you guys that wanted to stay here; do it.

Good hotel with affordable prices and delicious foods.

Very nice hotel, spacious, clean. Me and my family can do small gathering there. It is super good. The location is very strategic, easily can order grab. Good stay here :)
