Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here.
Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour....
Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes...
:( killing down a bit of the overall experience

everthing was fine and clean but for the bathroom i've sugestion to put water barrier in shower area to avoid water out which causes the floor become slippery

Lovely place. Right next to the mall of Indonesia. Great location to see and visit Ancol about 15 min with the taxi. Nice breakfast with many options and the room was also pretty nice and clean. Absolutely recommended if you stay in North Jakarta.

I requested for a room in the non-smoking floors but was not available. I was kept awake by cigarette smell drifting into the room. On top of that, sound from aircon compressor outside the window was very loud.
I don't think this hotel cares too much about their guest aside from looking good from the outside

The hotel was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
