Oakwood PIK Jakarta

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and from the start, things didn't feel right. The lobby was dimly lit, and the room itself was smaller than expected - it was supposed to be 26sqm, but it felt more cramped than that. To make matters worse, there was a strange, musky smell coming from the aircon that was really off-putting. We asked to switch rooms, and Ripal kindly accommodated our request, moving us to the 15th floor. Unfortunately, the new room had the same issues - a dark lobby and a weird smell. It was getting late, almost midnight, so we decided to make the best of it and grab some cup noodles and drinks from the 24h mart. But, as luck would have it, the mart was closed, and the nearest one was also shut. We ended up ordering Grab delivery, but even that was a hassle - they forgot to deliver the water. It was clear that this place wasn't for us. Maybe booking a 1-bedroom unit would've been a better choice? We did ask about upgrading, but they claimed to be fully booked. The building's lifts were also a problem - only 2 out of 4 were working, and we had to wait ages for one to arrive. All in all, this place was a disappointment, but Ripal’s service was good - he tried to help.

This is a very good spot to stay if you want to head to PIK Chinatown and Batavia. Surrounded the apt you can have drinks, massage and supermarket. Food is easily located. The outdoor pool area are fantastic, the view from the balcony are excellent! The rooms are fine with you have everything. Wifi is fast too. Highly recommend to stay!

nice place to stay, big swimming pool, room with water dispenser and there is free shutter to location nearby. 2 issues, (1) transporter will extra charge RP5000 or higher on packing fee, according to driver this is the charges from property and as passenger need to pay. We need to clarify, is just a short time to enter the property to pick up and drop off, why need to charge parking fee? property need to control (2) shower area, water flows out easily

Everything here meets my expectation. Money well spent. Will consider this place again.

Everything is great with this hotel. 24hrs super market nearby. The view during the night is awesome. However the following needs to be improved 1) Bathroom basin. Sink seems to be stuck and water isn’t draining fast enough. 2) TV Disney app needed an update Room 16C

The service was very good. Pak Reza did a great job in managing stuffs and was very friendly. The room was clean and everything was great.
