Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square

I previously stayed here for 4 consecutive days, and due to a flight change, I booked another night. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The service was excellent. I went to the supermarket twice at night; the first time I bought groceries, I realized I'd forgotten something. After dropping off my things in the room, I went back to buy the rest. I have to say, the location is fantastic!

This was my second stay, and I'm extremely disappointed. Just look at the pictures – these are the sheets and room I got *after* complaining to the hotel and getting them changed. There were even worse hygiene issues that were impossible to photograph. Absolutely disgusting! 🤮

The room facilities are complete, there's a swimming pool, and the breakfast is plentiful. Shopping and dining nearby are very convenient. The surroundings are quiet, and the service is also very good. It was a great business trip experience.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The rooms are quite spacious, around 28-30 sqm, with wide views. Cleanliness: Average. Luckily, there were no mosquitoes. Service: Warm and attentive. There's a 'blue bird' (likely referring to a taxi or shuttle service) available 24 hours at the entrance. Environment: Located inside a shopping mall. Good value for money. Recommended.
