The room honestly exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, you could really tell the floor had been properly mopped. As someone who has a dust allergy, I usually sneeze easily in dusty rooms, but during my stay here I didn’t sneeze at all, which says a lot about how clean the room was 😄 The room facilities were also very complete — slippers, safety box, mini fridge, super cold AC, and a shower with 3 shower head options with stable hot water. Even the small details were impressive, especially the toothbrush. It felt premium and the bristles were soft, which made it really comfortable to use. The staff were also friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really comfortable experience and I’ll definitely come back again if I have any business in the PIK area. Please keep up the great quality 👍

Nice comfort hotel around pantai indah kapuk, near to everything and parking lot space good with no charge, very nice and helpful staff

The room was good, thou the electric need more inspection. Overall all is great n modern near pik and many great tourist cafe area as well as pik avenue. Many thanks

My trip was to visit family. This hotel seems to be located at the main trunk road within the Pantai Indah Kapuk development area, therefore conveniently located. Next to the hotel is a Watson pharmacy where one can get most of what a convenient store has except for hot food, which, in turn, there are several western food outlets just beside the hotel - even if it rains, you dont have to worry about getting a bite. I would say the roo's prep was close to immaculate, perhaps the housekeeping team needs to focus on the bath area that should be given an extra scrub around the edges. Suggested improvement is for 1) instruction for the safe box in the room 2) wash basin with hot water supply. I will certainly like to stay there again in my future visits.

Need to prepare plastic chair and anti slipery mat fo the elder to use. Since the floor is a little slipery.

goods and clean rooms, nice staff and best location on the town

The hotel is new, modern and clean also nice. Price is affordable too. One feedback is that linen and pillow covers should be clean when guests come. We had to call and ask the linen to be changed as there were some stains. They could only change them the next morning as the housekeeping staff has finished for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.
