The airbnb I stayed this round booked with Trips not as good as last round. 1st the airbnb operators didnt mentioned clearly and didn’t send any information to me about the deposit 500,000, she only sent it to me when I on my way to Jakarta. I think this matter the company need to improve it again. 2nd the way the airbnb operators talk was rude, although I get my Indonesia friend to help, the way they speak also rude. 3rd would like to take the opportunity to thank Trips customers service to help to solve it immediately 🙏 4th the unit done the aircond leaking but they didn’t do the touch up, it’s feel the unit is old. Walking distance to market buy things this is convenient ~

They initially refused to change the dirty pillows, but eventually gave us two cleaner ones – only two for two rooms. We also only got one elevator card, which was inconvenient for two people. The air conditioning was noisy, there was a moldy smell in the living room, and the induction hob sounded like it was about to explode. Communication was also difficult as they didn't seem to respond to messages promptly.

This is my first time renting an apartment at GOLDCOAST like this! There was a problem, but the host didn't care. The water wasn't working from check-in in the afternoon until 12 AM, and we weren't informed about the issue. Instead, we were told to report it to the building ourselves. I asked for a refund, but it wasn't possible. This is truly disappointing. Trip should not be accepting hosts like this!!!
