The apartment hotel has three floors. The ground floor is the reception hall, and the first and second floors are rooms. The location of the hotel apartment is superior. The businesses on both sides of the street downstairs include supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, massage shops, restaurants and bars, and some clothing stores. Less than 10 minutes walk to Bondi Beach. If you don't drive, there are buses to bondi junction and city around. The room is fully furnished and there are no laundry facilities. There are tea making facilities and a microwave. Poor room sound insulation is one of the common problems in Australia. There is no solution to this question. Check-in on weekends will be noisy before twelve o'clock in the evening, because the business and people in the building are relatively dense.

This is a very efficient and practical hotel. Love it! Highly recommend. All kinds of charge head available, very thoughtful 👍

We stayed here in early January and chose it based on its value for money and proximity to the Sydney Cricket Ground (as we went to the cricket). It was a nice walk from our hotel to the SCG, and the hotel itself was lovely - friendly staff, clean room and yummy breakfast on offer. I'd highly recommend for those on a budget as this hotel has everything you need. We didn't check out the busy Greek restaurant adjacent, that's for another trip!

GD is in Sydney for an extended stay and the accommodation offered by her employer has suffered water damage so she was placed here. We headed in today to settle her in. Check in.. no desk after hours (read 12 on a Sunday despite check in being from 1pm. Everything was communicated well and keys left in the night safe. Do not expect to stop and drop anything off as there are no stopping signs everywhere, Thankfully I found a no parking and was able to stay with the car The rangers were deadly even at 3pm on a Sunday Room: Tiny but it has a huge bathroom. I suspect it was share bathroom at some point so living space gave way to a bathroom. Hanging/storage space- minimal, certainly only suitable for a night or 2. Does have an iron and board so one step up on Emporium Brisbane Self cater... bar fridge... mini bar was removed thankfully Fresh Milk daily.... nope long life pods, not even a long life time carton Clean .... yes Roof top: Awesome Sweeping views and BBQ, communal fridge but it is also the smoking area. Hopefully weather plays the game because otherwise the small room with a wall nearby may be an issue. Convenience: Harris Farm and a variety of small dining options nearby so great on that front. Coles and St Vincents in walking distance. Lift in the property so easy to move luggage etc. We are doing a meet up Tuesday so I'm staying at Holiday Inn and it will be interesting to compare the 2. Holiday Inn for Tuesday is $15 cheaper....

The hotel is well located facing the sea. It should be a hotel that has been operating locally for a long time. Newly renovated, good health, eating out of a commercial street, supermarket is very convenient. Don't set the ground floor. The bar below is closed at four in the morning! There are many people. We don't make any noise on the second floor, and the first floor is noisier! Overall good, will come again in the future!

A great location in the delightful neighbourhood of Potts Point. A residential area, a reasonable walking distance from the Sydney Opera House, with many cafes and restaurants. We had a room with city views on the fourth floor - very quiet, although the room was quite small with no wardrobe or drawers for clothes (we lived out of our suitcases). We were surprised to find the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, although it really wasn’t a problem as it gave us the opportunity to try out the local cafes and restaurants, all of which do breakfast. The room was pleasantly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it, on the basis of the location, in a lovely residential area, which felt quiet and safe, and is well connected by public transport (buses and trains).

I really liked the selection of pillows available to me in the room. I was given 2 soft and 2 firm pillows and I experimented with them to create the best sleep support. This is something I have never found at other hotels, not even a 5-star hotel. The only thing I could complain about was the noise created by the refrigerator. It produced a high-pitch vibration every hour or so and each session lasted for about 5 minutes. That significantly disrupted my sleep each night. It might be something that the hotel management should looked into as I think this was an issue for quite a few travellers who stayed at the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 2.5 weeks during one of the busiest times in Sydney. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff exceptional. The manager on duty incredible. I had a few hiccups as any traveller would at any hotel but once mentioned by me to the staff they without hesitation went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. It isn’t the most glamorous or biggest or even the most sophisticated place but it was perfect for a solo guy like me travelling in Australia for Mardi Gras and site seeing. Other friends of mine ran into numerous problems beyond my challenges at other big chain hotels but this little place kept me going and made me very happy. I’d return anytime. It’s location is perfect for site seeing and a overnight sleep or daytime nap. Thanks to all the staff there that were amazing. See ya again soon I hope!

I’ve noticed aggressive feedback below and I want to advocate this awesome place. I’ve stayed in the room in March and then In June with my partner.I confirm that WiFi requires attention since it’s too too poor but I’m glad that while I was here, the management has been working on that issue. That’s true that Reception isn’t 24/7 but this is Boutique Hotel for people who aren’t familiar with term, it doesn’t mean luxury all inclusive Conrad by Hilton hotel that’s why don’t expect room service, 24/7 front desk service, towel swans and etc. In addition, beautiful and friendly ladies at the reception go extra miles to ensure that you feel comfortable and like at home. The room isn’t big but stylish if you’d like more space go for room with balcony and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea,which you may find at the reception complimentary, early in the morning looking at the Potts Point. Besides, LOCATION, this is the best,the most convenient location in Sydney! You can walk to Opera House,CBD or get the train to Bondi Beach staying away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Also, Potts Point has a soul and you may be bewitched by the spirit of this area. To sum up, don’t hesitate about the hotel, it’s gem of the area and you can definitely enjoy the time here if you don’t expect more than the hotel positioned itself. P.S.
