Awful customer services. They advertise on Trip.com that they have an airport shuttle, when they in fact do NOT. Trying to cancel/refund for this mis-advertisement will result in a denial even if you ask for the refund only minutes after booking.

The hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com

The receptionist Amasra I might spelled wrong was very helpful, she guided us with our payment and made check in easy and accessible . I had a good experience here at this hotel, the staff was welcoming and kind. Rooms were very modern and clean. I had a good time staying here, I will plan on visiting again when I do some back into town!

The room was fair, but the towels were not to my liking, they were not clean!!! the shower spill water to the floor and there was not a towel mat.

Very clean and relatively spacious rooms. Nice staff. No frills but decent price and quick access to Manhattan through the Lincoln Tunnel.
