The reception was badly placed right in the middle of the flow from the rooms to the diner, snack bar and the shuffleboard room. And I don’t see the point in sitting receptionists with a giant screen between the receptionist and the customer.
The spa was ok regarding the amount of different saunas and pools but water on the floor everywhere and load of children playing in the pools pulled the experience down a lot.

Hotelli ja kylpylätilat olivat aivan ihanat. Aamiainen oli loistava ja aulan snack baari ihana yllätys.
Allasbaarista sai herkullisia smoothieita ja juomia edullisesti sekä kivaa pikkupurtavaa.
Huone oli loistava (ihana parveke!), samoin hotellin sijainti.
MUTTA: Miten voi tämän tasoisen paikan respassa olla niin töykeää henkilökuntaa???? Yksi oli ylitse muiden, mutta kaikki, joiden kanssa vastaanottotiskillä asioimme, olivat varsin koppavia ja töykeitä.
Paikka saisi meiltä täydet 10 pistettä, mutta koska respan palvelu on kuitenkin olennainen osa viihtyvyyttä ja oleskelun onnistumista, annamme arvosanaksi 8-.

Det mesta är jättebra. Kunde finnas större badrockarna. de var i minsta laget för min man. Och taklampan i rummet hade de glömt att damma😅. Men spa-badet är suveränt🙂Riktig lyxigt att kunna vara där och bada, relaxa och basta i så många timmar.😁

Mycket trevligt hotell och toppenfrukost och mycket god middag. Väldigt svårt att nå hotellet via telefon, fick vänta ca 10min, blev sen bortkopplad och fick ringa upp igen med ännu längre väntetid. Personen som svarade sa att vi kunde checka in tidigare, vårt rum var klart, men det stämde inte när vi kom fram. Mer personal vid incheckning vore bra
