Hampton Inn & Suites Norman Conference Center Area

Bathroom sink drained VERY SLOWLY. Carpeted floor could have been cabined a bit better, and, got being on the 5th floor, it was noisy.

The hotel was so nice, clean, friendly staff, our room was so comfy, we slept great, great breakfast….it was all wonderful!!

Breakfast was great my kids loved it, I would suggest a little more fruit as they only had apples on Saturday. But other than that it was great!

I waited in the lobby for a long time for the person to come out and looked disheveled like she was sleeping or doing something else. The room was a whole other situation. The bed had springs and creaked every slight movement and of course was uncomfortable. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom so I assume it wasn’t cleaned either. I checked in around 9 pm so it wasn’t late but I couldn’t wait to check out

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was very clean and quiet. Kay was outstanding during check in and even called after we left something in our room. That was a first.

Very clean facility and rooms, great breakfast with loads of choices, nice, friendly staff at check in, ice, water, gym and all located at the end of a blvd for privacy.

The room needed the curtain repaired no one came to fix it after I asked the front desk for service.

Pet friendly… so this was great. Hotel seemed nice on the exterior, but rooms (we had two) seemed old and not in great shape. Window shades with holes and/or did not work. Carpet did not appear clean at all. The beds were super soft and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was horrible. The quality of food is terrible. Not prepared properly (cold sausage for example). Would not stay again. We prepared for our stays (going to our destination and then returning home) while traveling. If I had not prepaid on the return I would have stayed elsewhere. Hampton provided quality lodging years ago and has steadily gone downhill. Time to look for other options because this has become quite the norm for Hampton Inn no matter the location.
