We had a terrible time checking in. They gave our room to somebody else. When we were checking in, they said we had already checked in and we had not. Not sure why oe how that happened. They gave us another room but it was not the room we had booked. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and they tried to give us one with 1 king. After we had a room, key would not work and had to go back to front desk to get working keys. The man helping us was rude with my wife. I was not there, but he told her to step aside when key would not work and instead of helping her immediately after waiting in line to get helped. All of this happened with 3 kids waiting to get into room. We felt like he was a little rude and was not interestsd in making things right with us, and just wanted to get to other people instead of making things right with us

The hotel has a great lobby with a bar and a breakfast area. Everything is kept clean and the staff are pleasant. The rooms could use some updating but overall they are spacious and clean.

This property is sadly outdated and dirty. It has so much potential and the room we had had a great layout.
The floors are dirty and we had trash left behind from a previous user in our room. The furniture had holes and tears in it. The front lobby has old chairs and you can feel the frame when you sit on it. Almost all the plates at breakfast were dirty.
So sad because, again, it could be beautiful! It needs a renovation and serious deep cleaning.

Kudos to your staff for their immediate response to a problem with the safe in our room and during a busy holiday weekend. Also, everyone was friendly and answered any questions immediately about anything we needed. I work in customer service and every one of your staff passed with flying colors. The only comment (hopefully you see this as helpful and not really a complaint) about the property is that it needs updating. here are a few things I observed: Carpeting in our room had duct tape covering a tear, no daily maid service and we ran out of clean towels (one of the reasons we stay in a hotel is a clean bed and towels daily - it's a way of treating myself), we had a room with double beds and the bed I slept in needs a new mattress - that one honestly is worn out (not firm and the bed then feels like its dipping to one side and so hard to get comfortable). But please know, we enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend your hotel to my friends who go to Norman.

Love the embassy’s. I go there to relax in hot tub and enjoy their happy hr at the bar and play pool. Just a nice get a way place to relax in the hotel room. The bed is so comfortable and it always quite when it time to sleep.

Everything was excellent from the front desk people to the pool, clean room, clean dining area. Restaurant staff and food was great as well. The kids want to stay there again next time we are in Norman

Always a great place to stay in Norman. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast, maybe it’s covid that took it out, but I remember the breakfast being out of this world last time we stayed. This was basic. Water eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage links.

Nicely surprised by being given a premium room with daily complimentary generous snack bags; there was also a decent hot breakfast at no cost for all guests.
The hotel is dated in appearance, with carpet bunching up in the hallways which can be a trip hazard. I also thought it was unhygienic that pets were allowed in the dining area on chairs & eating from the table.
